Nov 30, 2024 · Tamara AndersonWhile it was a long wait as a walk in, they were so gentle, loving and caring with my sweet Stella pup taking care of a puncture wound in her neck from another dog attacking her. They could tell she was scared and they were so comforting (honestly, to both of us). Since I moved it’s a much farther drive, but I couldn’t imagine trusting my babies with anyone else. Thank you Dr Grossinger, and all of the team at Huron Animal Hospital!
Dec 15, 2024 · Melissa LarcomHershey was seen on the 9th, they said he had pink eye, took him back Monday, he was very lethargic not eating and yelped in pain, Dr Tyler manipulated him n said he had neck pain, asked her about an xray to check for blockage or something, she said he pooped so not needed, she gave us pain meds and sent us on our way, he died 3 days later...maybe for her future patients she could care more and do lab, xrays something...dig a lil deeper...no dog should be dead 3 days later from neck pain.

My dog was given ear drops for a sore ear, with instructions not to clean them beforehand. A week later, I had to visit another vet, which resulted in a cost of $300 to properly treat her ears. It seems that the initial vet may not have addressed the issue correctly. I reached out via email to request a refund for the initial $70, but I have not received a response. I hope to resolve this situation soon, as I believe addressing these concerns could improve their service in the future.

Mar 05, 2025 · B RMy one year old puppy was Neutered and the care he received was wonderful. They took the time to explain and answer questions and sent him home with medication to make him feel good . I’m glad we went to Huron Animal Hospital
