Went to their website hsna.org and called this exact location. The same number listed here on google is listed on website. The phone takes you to some 408 pet hospital instead. They say they are at the same location as the Humane Society, but have different pricing than what's listed on the Humane Society website. I ask to talk to the humane society. They give me a phone number for Pet Alliance (I called, and no, they are not affiliated with the Humane Society). So, I called the 407-482-1955 number back to let them know the phone they gave me was incorrect and how do I get in touch with the humane society? Girl kept repeating herself saying 'we do surgeries for the humane society' as if that answers how do I talk to them and schedule a surgery with their pricing? Kept giving me Pet Alliance phone number. Don't even both trying to get in touch with these people. Waste of time. And the 408 clinic was RUDE. I would never trust my pets anywhere associated with either business.

Because the vet at this clinic is a know it all and doesn't listen to his paying customers, my daughter's kitten might lose her eye, and possibly her life. They neglect care and push you out the door so when their treatments don't work, you must pay for a whole new visit again. They are the least helpful people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. I will be filing a complaint both with the owner of the practice and the board of veterinarians for shady services. I guess you know how much they care about money and how little they care about animals. Disgusting. Wouldn't take a goldfish to this place. I find it a bit funny that the office manager I spoke with about this actually told me to check the reviews because "this stuff never happens here". Yet there are numerous reviews with similar neglect actions from this vet clinic. Maybe she should check the reviews.

They have a free trap nutter return program. It's free. They bring the trap. Then they bring it back. Don't go trying to get your tamed cat fixed for free. If the cat is nice to humans they will adopted it out. It's for Farrel cats only. And orange county doesn't pick up strays . So it's up to us to control population. I feed 10 outside farrell cats. Some are nice. Some have been at lake there whole lives. And wpnt let me touch them. There all fixed now. 1 more girl. She's caught on to the trap. Lol

this place has moved to Tampa. I wish I would’ve asked the actual address when I finally got the person on the phone to see if they needed supplies. The first time I was Left on hold and gave up.. Just wanted to see if they need supplies. The next day I called back and said no I can’t stay on hold. I just want to know if you need supplies. She said yes but when I went to the location listed on Google Maps, and it was not the Humane Society. They told me to contact the pet alliance of Orlando. When I contacted the pet alliance of Orlando, they said the Humane Society was now located in Tampa and they themselves had a cat rescue location in Orlando and a cat and dog rescue location in Sanborn. The Humane Society is not located in Orlando and certainly not at the address on Google maps.

17 years ago I adopted two kittens who were required to be snipped before I brought them home. They didn’t grow up like normal cats and led miserable lives up until they died horribly recently. There was no mention of hormone therapy or anything to correct their sick feelings they must’ve been feeling for 15 long miserable years. They just took my money and let me take my scarred little babies home with me to live sad lives and die hopelessly knowing something horrible had happened to them. All in the name of bird dumping. Let me just remind you to OPEN WIDE!
