If you love your dogs do not bring them here! If you value self health definitely save yourself the headache and do not come here. The "receptionist" older white man with hair is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in Louisiana in the past 7 years. There greed had them tell my husband it was ok to bring my dog in after he ate to get neutered. No it should have been rescheduled so it was done anyway along with 2 more pups and of course the dog threw up, so now my dog was smelling horrible like vomit and that was covered up with nasty perfume. So what really set things off on a bad note was the mans unprofessionalism. He did not listen to me, he cut me off when I was speaking and also told me not to tell him how to run his business, over him writing chicken scratch on a consent form. I needed a receipt to get this covered for my dogs insurance. He was able to print a receipt magically for the 3 dog cones but not the neutering. How and why? Also, why did we have to take pictures and weren't provided a copy. This is also a grooming place but 2 grown men couldn't properly wash my dog?!? None of this was necessary and the man was unprofessional I have 3 more dogs and your poor attitude made the actual doctor lose out on business. He'd be smart to fire you. You're bad for business.

Horrible experience. I would leave no star if I could. My dog smells like diarrhea because this place which is also a grooming place left my dog in his dung and covered it up with nasty perfume. We spent $660 on neutered services and used dogs cones for 4 dogs. All I asked was for a proper receipt and the man cut me off and said this consent form would justify as proof for my dogs Insurance to cover it. He told me to take pics of consent and I said why can't you provide copies and he said your not going to tell me how to do business. He also told me to leave because I was irate. This wasn't the bald man but the white guy older with white hair. I can't be we spent so much money which I don't need to explain how hard that is with a mortgage and for this man to be so rude and disrespectful is unreal. Don't take your animals here. Not worth the drama.

So friendly and accommodating! Took my dog there to get neutered and throughout the day they kept me updated on how he was doing and answered all of my questions very patiently. My dog seemed to love it there even though he want in for a surgery. highly highly highly recommend! will be going here in the future!
