Giving one star because I literally just called and explained what was going on with my very old dog. And it’s we’re not accepting any new patients right now, bye. Not even I’m sorry that must be hard, unfortunately we’re not accepting patients but here is another that is good that may be able to address your concerns. Just straight hung up on. No empathy; no sorry. Just sucks for you kinda of attitude. Not sure why people find their customer service awesome. One call, and it was rude and subpar.

Jack is always personable and professional. I love his assistant, and my pet loves her too. It's honest and affordable care!

Our 1st experience with Dr. Hughes was a good one. Nothing fancy but very knowledgeable doctor. He doesn't seem to be the type to nickle and dime you for every test known to man. Very friendly staff and my dog seemed happy there. Thanks Dr. Hughes

We've been taking our pets to Dr. Hugh's for nearly 20 years. He has good bedside manner, a man of experience who has taken good care of all the dogs and cats we've brought in over the years. Not overpriced.
