Dr Martinisi really cares about your pets. It’s a bit old school here - everything is paper. I’d prefer an electronic experience but Doc Is so great with the people and the animals I don’t mind. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of the non- electronic situation.

As a Pet Hospital, Hudson Valley Veterinary Hospital focuses on the health and well-being of your animals. While specific details about the hospital's environment aren't explicitly provided in the given information, feedback from real customers offers valuable insights. One reviewer notes that the office has an "old school" feel, with paper-based processes instead of a fully electronic system. While this might differ from some expectations for modern convenience, the reviewer also emphasizes the genuine care shown by Dr. Martinisi and the team for the animals. This suggests a warm and caring environment where the focus is primarily on the individual needs of each pet.

Regarding services, the available information highlights a commitment to finding "real solutions to problems that don't require throwing medication at the problem," especially when it might negatively affect the animals. This indicates a thoughtful and perhaps more conservative approach to treatment, prioritizing the long-term health and well-being of the pets over simply prescribing medication. While the specific range of services isn't detailed, we can infer that they offer general veterinary care, diagnosis, and treatment for various pet health issues. The mention of finding solutions suggests they likely handle a range of medical concerns.

In terms of features, a key aspect highlighted by customer reviews is the personal care provided by Dr. Martinisi and the team. One reviewer explicitly states that "Dr Martinisi really cares about your pets," and another echoes this sentiment, noting how much "they really care for every animal that comes in." This emphasis on genuine care and a personal touch appears to be a significant feature of Hudson Valley Veterinary Hospital. The "old school" approach, while noted as a preference for electronic systems by one reviewer, doesn't detract from the perceived high quality of care and the dedication of the staff.

Considering this is a "Pet Hospital" category, users can expect services typically associated with such facilities. These generally include routine check-ups, vaccinations, diagnostics (like blood work and imaging), treatment for illnesses and injuries, and potentially surgical procedures. Given the positive feedback regarding problem-solving and thoughtful treatment approaches, it's likely they offer a good range of essential veterinary services.

Based on the customer reviews, a primary feature of Hudson Valley Veterinary Hospital is the compassionate and dedicated care provided by Dr. Martinisi and her team. Despite the non-electronic administrative processes, the level of care and the genuine concern for the animals seem to be the standout qualities. Customers appreciate the reasonable prices and the focus on finding effective solutions that prioritize the pet's well-being.

While there isn't specific promotional information provided in the reviews, the positive testimonials themselves serve as a form of endorsement. The repeated emphasis on the caring nature of the staff, particularly Dr. Martinisi, and the focus on thoughtful, rather than just pharmaceutical, solutions could be considered unique selling points. Local users looking for a veterinary hospital where their pets will receive genuine, attentive care might find Hudson Valley Veterinary Hospital appealing based on this feedback.

I can't recommend Dr. Martinisi and her team enough. The office is run very old school. No making applications online and everything is hand written. You can see how much they really care for every animal that comes in. Prices are reasonable and they try to find real solutions to problems that don't require throwing medication at the problem. Especially when it may affect your furbabies negatively.

Very pleased as usual! My big tank needed his nails clipped. It took 3 of us to restrain him, while Dr. Martinisi clipped successfully with no drugs. Love her!

My wife doesn't do reviews but I do. We took our boy to Kyle Tofflemire because he had an ulcer in his eye. He was amazing. Easy to talk to and he explained everything so well. If your pet has eye issues he is definitely the person to see.
