Huber Declan DVM

I brought my friend's dog to Doctor Huber's office for treatment of an ear infection. The staff was extremely nice and the doctor was very helpful in giving me information to give to my friend.

We started taking our dog(Mong) to Dr. Huber about 5 years ago when he started having back spasms related to disc issues. Dr. Huber quickly diagnosed that it could be a slipped disc, medicated him, administered a steroid shot to get him by without invsaive surgical measure since it was his first flare up. A few years went by, my dog did okay for the most part, needed steroid shots here and there when the back problem flared up. When half of his body was paralyzed, he finally had to get a back a surgery to be able to walk again. fast forward a few years, geriatric problems hit him, it was time for us to consider putting him down despite him fighting through the disc issues relatively well. Went to see Dr. Huber for a quality of life consult. He didn't rush us to make decision to keep him or put him down. He gave us his honest thoughts on his quality of life. A week later, we ended up deciding that his quality of life is not very good, we decided to euthanize him. It was our first time euthanizing a dog (or any animal for that matter), it was a very comforting experience. Dr. Huber has such a demeanor that he puts everyone at ease. It could be because he's been doing this for a very long time. Although i will not be returning to his office in the forseeable future, as I do not have another furry animal, I want to say I truly appreciate his professionalism and compassion that he showed. Also, I did not get to learn each individual staff's names, everyone at the office was compassionate, warm and welcoming every time we went to visit. What a wonderful office! Will recommend to anyone looking for an experienced veterinarian.

I just love Dr. Huber. Hes the ultimate cat whisperer. He loves cats especially, but he's great with my bad Aussie (Dr. Brodie). They are well staffed too. Everyone seems happy. Front desk lady a little short with me, she scared me, but Bob made up for it. Thanks Bob♥️

DOC Huber is the Best!!! I thought We were going to loose Madison( Mattie) our Calico Cat... She had a Stroke and Seizure... 22 Year's Young... Have been talking Her to Dr Huber going on 7 Years Now... The Team there are Awesome!!! Rob brought me back to Earth when I thought we might have to put Her Down (Emotional)... The Girls and Rob were sympathetic to my dilemma at the front desk... Thank You ALL for What You Do!!! ☺️

Dr. Brodie is truly an AMAZING vet. Our 13-yr old baby girl Allie was in great hands for the most challenging of circumstances. Dr. Brodie's experience, compassion and his calm, but direct demeanor gave us the courage and strength to endure... he brought her through an unbelievably difficult surgery and gave her 2x's daily post care for 2 weeks WITHOUT a hefty price tag, in fact we thought they didn't charge enough for all the visits and extended care. We know he did everything possible to save her, but the cancer revealed through surgery was too advanced and aggressive. We unfortunately had to say goodbye a few weeks ago to our sweet girl 💔. While devastated, we truly cannot thank Dr Brodie and his fantastic staff enough, for giving her the absolute best in treatment, care and kindness.
