Had several litters here. Dr Revere and his staff have been at this for years and really understand cropping (especially the Doberman crops). Pricing is great. The only thing that they do that I don’t prefer is post immediately after surgery as I “heal to air” as my preference, than post through the healing process. Once they are 85%+ healed I do return to posting. After many litters over the years and having all four of my dobies done here, I wouldn’t go else where

Brought my Princesa in for cherry eye removal. Everyone at the clinic was nice welcoming and professional. I do want to say that Gerardo was amazing to us he helped us out as soon as we went. He had a positive attitude and was very kind. Even when I forgot to fill some papers out he was patient and was understanding. He even explained to me what it was I was signing. Thanks!!! Not even 24 hours after and her eye looks amazing. Obviously she’s not happy about wear the cone, but it’s a must to protect her from rubbing her eye.

Took our doberman puppy for ear cropping, and they are amazing! Just got done with the process, and his ears look great! Follow their directions and your dog/puppy should do great! The price for the procedures and follow ups cannot be beat! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Cash only, which is okay with me because I realize businesses get charged a big rate for credit card usage. Plus you pay each time you visit the clinic, so you don't have one big bill to pay at once. They have upfront pricing, unlike vet offices. Like any other clinic, some days it is really busy, other days they are not, no appointments mean first come first serve. They have you sign in, and I have never waited a long time for my puppy to get seen.Negative reviews on here tell people not to go here because all the dogs have infections, this is NOT TRUE! We have been to the clinic for 7 weeks and the dogs are all healthy. I like that the clinic has a relaxed feeling and the money spent goes to the staff and vet not the high overhead of an overpriced vet office. The negative reviews are also from people that don't follow their instructions correctly, the vets can only do so much. The vets here are here because they love what they do and they are very experienced.

EDIT to owner response: refer to review by Joshua posted directly after. Owner response is a complete lie. I did not beg, insist on using drugs, nor did I say I was going to do the aftercare on my own. Evasive demeanor which is very telling. Horrible establishment straight from a nightmare, read below for more info. In addition, compare my review to other negative reviews to observe commonalities when filtering for “lowest”. Original review: Please believe the bad reviews on this page and DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. I drove 16 hours from another state despite the reviews and arrived straight here. Just a little background that my dog is a very expensive show puppy. We were looking to get her ears done since it is not done in the state I live in. Upon arrival, my gut wrenched and I was visibly shaking signing the 10 sheets of liability waivers. Let me just explain the place: I felt 10x cleaner inside a McDonald’s. It was hectic and when I say HECTIC, you can smell the BO of the crowd in the room as soon as you open the door. There was no space to walk, dozens of dogs in the same area and it was like a literal zoo. First red flag. Second red flag- the 10 pages of liability waivers with RIDICULOUS requests. I wish I took photos. For example: “we are not liable if your dog dies from being taken to the back” … uh what? The fact this has that tells me this has already happened. I researched further and found videos of dogs being killed and mishandled from this establishment!!! Truly HORRIBLE. Also they don’t do this procedure under proper anesthesia!!!!! They make people pay 75$ more for the “best option” out of 3 but the “free” option is only injectable sedation without an anesthetist monitoring…. This is so unsafe and your dog can feel everything they are not actually put out. I work with anesthesiologists for a living! These waivers are what prompted me to ask thorough questions to the “doctor” on their technique, aftercare, etc. I fear it was my questioning that upset him because he literally screamed at me that “it’s not worth it for him to take my dog” because he’s “busy enough” after I expressed my concerns…like ??? I SHOULD BE THE ONE TO SAY WE ARE NOT GOING WITH YOU, due to your unsanitary conditions, unprofessionalism, and no doubt choppy methods being done in the back by unlicensed professionals! Seriously, the people working there aside from the doctor barely spoke English. If he was a real vet with confidence in his skills and sanitation, my questions wouldn’t have scared him. He literally ran away. This is nothing but a money grab and they truly are doing things unethically. The information on their page is falsely advertised and I am investigating how to shut this establishment down. Not worth it to take me? More like not worth it to get sued when you kill my dog. Bullet. Dodged. Oh yeah. The “doctor” was wearing dirty street clothes and kept scratching his butt and nose and tried to shake my hand after. All of the doctor patient discussion was done in the same main room where everyone sat, while my dog was being held in a dirty plastic grocery cart. WHO USES GROCERY CARTS AS A DOG CARRIER??? No wonder in other reviews their dogs got sick. You cannot disinfect plastic properly…. Didn’t know if you guys skipped that section in medical school. I guess anyone can consider themselves a “doctor” nowadays. Truly a joke. The “doctor” who was going to perform the crop was the owners son, where is the sons vet certification? Time to report. Summary: I drove 16 hours to change my mind within minutes of arrival. I knew I dodged a bullet. My girl will keep her ears because I would never in a million years trust her in this establishment’s hands. It was a wing stop for ear crops. You can see the dust and germs everywhere. Filthy filthy hack job establishment who has killed many dogs and the only effort they put in is to try to cover their ass in case it happens again. These things should never happen and I’m glad they didn’t take me because I would have definitely came after them in the event something did.
