So happy we went where we went for our 15 year old Jasmine (dog) because the vets at Hope Animal Hospital are absolutely the most kind and caring that I could hoped to have dealt with in our situation. And I’m beyond stunned at the beautiful urn and prints they provided us!

Based on authentic customer feedback and publicly available information, we aim to provide you with a comprehensive and objective overview of what makes Hope Animal Hospital a valued resource for local pet owners.
Our Environment: A Welcoming and Comfortable Space
While specific details about the hospital's physical environment are not explicitly mentioned in the provided reviews, the consistent emphasis on the kindness, compassion, and attentiveness of the staff strongly suggests a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The fact that veterinary technicians are described as "patient and kind" and having a "calling" for this type of care indicates a supportive and caring environment for both pets and their owners. The willingness of staff members, as highlighted in one review where a doctor sat on the floor with a distressed pet and owner, speaks volumes about their dedication to creating a comfortable and reassuring space during challenging times. We understand that visiting a veterinary hospital can be stressful for both pets and their owners, and while we lack visual descriptions, the testimonials point towards a clinic where empathy and a calm demeanor are prioritized.
Comprehensive Veterinary Services: Addressing All Your Pet's Needs
Hope Animal Hospital offers a broad spectrum of veterinary services to cater to the diverse needs of your pets. Based on the customer reviews, we can confirm that their services include, but are not limited to:
- Routine and Preventative Care: While not explicitly detailed, it is standard practice for pet hospitals to offer routine check-ups, vaccinations, parasite prevention (such as flea, tick, and heartworm control), and nutritional counseling to help keep your pets healthy and prevent potential health issues.
- Diagnostics: To accurately diagnose illnesses and injuries, veterinary hospitals typically employ various diagnostic tools, including laboratory tests (blood work, urine analysis, etc.), and imaging techniques (such as X-rays). While not specifically mentioned in the reviews, these are essential components of comprehensive veterinary care and are likely offered at Hope Animal Hospital.
- Medical Treatment: The hospital provides medical treatment for a wide range of illnesses and conditions. The reviews mention care for a 15-year-old dog and treatment for a dog with cancer, indicating their capacity to handle both routine and more complex medical cases.
- Surgery: While the specifics of surgical procedures are not detailed, the mention of "emergency care" and treatment for a dog with a broken neck suggests that the hospital is equipped to handle surgical interventions when necessary. This could range from routine procedures like spaying and neutering to more complex surgeries related to injuries or illnesses.
- Emergency Care: One of the reviews explicitly mentions receiving "emergency care," highlighting the hospital's ability to handle urgent and critical situations. This is a crucial service for any pet owner, providing peace of mind knowing that help is available when unexpected health crises arise.
- Dental Care: Although not directly mentioned, dental health is a vital aspect of overall pet well-being. It is highly probable that Hope Animal Hospital offers dental services such as teeth cleaning, dental examinations, and treatment for dental diseases.
- End-of-Life Care: The heartfelt review about their 15-year-old dog, Jasmine, specifically praises the "kind and caring" vets and the provision of a "beautiful urn and prints." This underscores the hospital's compassionate approach to end-of-life care, recognizing the emotional difficulty of these times and providing support and dignity for both the pet and the owner.
- Nail Trims: Even routine procedures like nail trims are handled with the same level of patience and kindness, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

Jan 14, 2025 · Julia RozzellThey are wonderful compassionate and always bring their A game .I have had nothing but top notch care from both Dr Rogerson and Doctor Odell .the veterinarian technicians are always so patient and kind and are those one of a kind people who have a calling to do this type of care .I have had my fur kids go there from everything from a nail trim to emergency care and were absolutely wonderful when our Wrigley had cancer. And compassionate when my chomper who had a broken neck from a fall .even getting down on the floor and sitting with me and chomper it was a hard day for us all.I am forever grateful and feel so lucky we found them when we moved to mollala over 10 years ago .they also are awesome in that they do everything they can to keep their costs low for their patients moms and dads .They treat each patient as if they are the only patient even when there are 10 people waiting.they never rush and actively listen ..best vet care we have ever had !

Asked to get a get a sedative to calm her down so I can get her there they sell me a bottle of 30 pills for a one-time use and charge me $40 these people are Crooks and do not care about your animals. I will never go there again
Apr 08, 2025 · josh stansburyJust moved to molalla. Dog got a corneal ulcer from another dog. Called to get her seen and they said they don't see new clients. Must be established. Went to Oregon City Veterinary clinic. They accept walk ins and were very kind. Only cost $200. Worth the drive!
Sep 29, 2022 · Tia BarrWonderful caring staff. We changed Vets to Hope Animal, and now all 3 of our dogs are patients here. They were also able to get us in RIGHT away for a stray dog we had found, which was SUPER helpful to make sure the dog wasn't microchipped, or carrying parasites & feces, so their ableness to get us RIGHT in, was a tremendous help. The pricing is also EXTREMELY reasonable, one of the medications our dog needs is waaay less than our previous vet, by half. Which having a chronically I'll dog, means TONS of medications and visits, so having SUPER affordable care, ontop of super knowledgeable caring staff, is EVERYTHING to me.🐾
