Had a great time taking my stray cat (now pet) to the Vet here today. Tech was super duper friendly, answered my questions, was very thorough yet quick! She was so gentle and kind with my animal, as well. Vet was also thorough and quick as well. Very sweet and was so good with my cat. They answered all my questions, gave the cat some treats, and even sent me home with some treats, as well. Also got me a free sample of some tick prevention. Pricing was extremely fair. I absolutely loved my experience here, and so did my cat! My cat felt right at home! Definitely looking forward to coming back! Great staff, great care!

Both of my dogs are dog-wary, so taking them to the vet could be a stressful experience. However, Dr. Vu and the staff at Hilltop make them both as comfortable as possible. They accommodate their hesitancy and let us come in when there's a room ready and no other dogs in the waiting area. They love all over the dogs and make it a place my dogs aren't afraid to go to. They truly care about their patients and have always been kind and professional.

We were visiting from out of town when my sweet puppy experienced jaw pain. Hilltop had an appointment available on a non emergency basis. Dr. Compton and the vet assistant were wonderful, highly recommend. Dr. Compton was able to offer a conservative treatment based on initial limited physical exam. At home, our primary vet recommended continuing with the same treatment Dr. Compton initially prescribed for another week.

Initially, I really really loved this vet. My dogs seemed happy to go. There were a couple times that the vets made disrespectful remarks, but I let it go because I felt they were still a good practice. Overtime I noticed I was always being “upcharged” They are always trying to get more and more money out of you. Months ago I had set up appointments for my two dogs and had a bit of a tragedy come up to where I could not make one of the appointments. In the moment of stress, I forgot to call and cancel, which was completely on me. I knew there was a $50 late fee and asked if I could pay it at the next appointment that I had set up she said no, there were not allowed to be any appointments until the fine was paid. I said that was OK and said I would call back up there to pay… Well, when I tried to pay the fine, no one picked up the phone. Imagine my surprise when I get a call informing me. I owe another $50 because of another missed appointment that I was told was canceled. When I brought it up, they acted as though I was being problematic for not just handing them money and telling them what happened was an issue on their side. I was polite, but they seemed frustrated with me. Eventually, she said I’m gonna speak with the owner and we will figure out if you have to pay it. To that I responded that I would not be paying regardless, and that I would only be paying the one late fee. she said I’ll call you back and then hung up on me. They never called me back but they sent me messages all the time letting me know that I owe them money. Terrible service, a money grab location.

Always great pet care and service from Hilltop Vet Clinic staff. Even in really busy times you get checked in promptly, the staff calls your pet by name. They take prelim info from you regarding your loyal companion’s visit, what questions you have for the doctor. The wait room has a section for cats. Vets here are knowledgeable.
