Dr.Diehl was very compassionate and thorough in dealing with our pitbull "Rocky". She took the time to help us understand his heart condition and the medications he now needs to continue to live a long and happy life.

I would give a zero at this point, but unfortunately you don't get the option, so I will settle with one star. We were told that our cats issue could cause death. We explained that we are less fortunate financially and were given a quote. We were told that the doctor would squeeze us in and the doctor would make this work. Remind you we live almost an hour away, and were given no specific time to come by Renee, just told we will make this work. We get there and were turned away by Renee , the doctor, pretty much the whole team because they no longer have time because they were getting ready to close after we were told to come and they would make this work. Let me remind you that they said this was an emergency and our cat could die so we needed to come right away, which we did but were turned away and their services were ripped away from us after they said our cat could die. We wanted to go there because of our less fortunate financial situation. Once we were denied services after we were told to come, we called back to talk about there bad communication because we would have never wasted our time by coming if we knew they had no time. I exposed to Renee that I am going to give a not so good review regarding the situation. She said to go ahead, yeah go ahead because this is not your animal, so the hurt isn't on you it is on us. You scared us to death when you said come right away because he could die and then refused to do what you said you would make work for us. My grandmother spent money here for years on all of here animals, a lot of animals. We were lied to and to over her butt she said she had given us a time, let me remind you we are almost an hour away, meaning that if we were given the time of five, we wouldn't have come because we would have then known we wouldn't make it in time. Thanks Renee for giving us false hope, causing us to be even more hurt, depressed, and lying to us and refusing to make this work like you said you would.

These are the absolute BEST doctor's, techs, and receptionists! They are so kind, caring, and helpful no matter the reason for the call or visit. I am very thankful to have my dogs in their care. 5 stars all the way!
