Mar 21, 2025 路 Erin GibsonWe take both of our dogs to Hillstreet. What I appreciate about this office is that they take the time to listen and fully understand what your concerns are. They do not push any tests or services on you or make you feel bad if you only want the basics for your pet. The communication is wonderful and I love that they will text with you!! Whether texting or in person, the staff is always kind And compassionate, and the cost is reasonable in comparison to the other offices in the area. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care for their pet.
Mar 09, 2024 路 staci RogersI would just like to thank the entire staff for the efficient, professional and courteous attention that was given to my dog smudge using the open clinic. Dec 16, 2024 路 Ginny McGinnisI have a feral who had a URI and was VERY thin. The staff was very good about handling Ginger Boy. I know that ferals do not make good patients, but just consider their upbringing. They treated GB very well. He had fleas, a URI and most likely worms. They accommodated our circumstances and took into consideration that you can never count on him showing up every time for dinner so consequently there is no way to make sure that he is medicated. He got a long-lasting antibiotic, a three month de-flea medication and a broad spectrum de-wormer. I really appreciate the fact that Hill Street has open appointments in the mornings. It is impossible to properly book an appt. when you are not sure if they will actually show up , let alone capture and crate them. It is a big deal just getting that to happen. Thank you Hill Street for accommodating us it is TRULY appreciated.
