Hill Country Animal League (Low Cost Spay and Neuter Clinic)

Hill County has spayed both our females, most recently, our 9mth old Boxer. Their staff is always so friendly and you can tell each and everyone who works here cares about the animals in their care. Our dogs healed well with no issues or concerns. Thank you for all you do!

I can’t say enough good things about Hill Country Animal League’s low-cost spay/neuter clinic. Their service has been absolutely seamless every time. I love that they offer curbside service, making the whole process convenient and stress-free. Simply park during the drop-off and pickup times, and they will take care of the rest. The ability to set up appointments, fill out paperwork, and even pay through links they send via text has made everything so easy. What really stands out to me is their appointment system, especially since many low-cost options in San Antonio are first come, first serve. It’s a huge relief knowing I’ll have a spot reserved for the feral cats I’m able to trap. I've now had 8 cats spayed/neutered (a few featured in photos) here and hope to bring them several more from a colony in my neighborhood. I’m so grateful for the peace of mind and the care they provide! Highly recommend!

The HCAL was amazing. Check-in, check-out were both seamless processes that were handled curbside. Every staff member we spoke to was SO KIND and calm. We drove over an hour to use them for our kitten, and it was so worth it. If I ever need to get another animal fixed, it will be with them.

Thank You such much for taking care of our beautiful mini poodle puppies! Teddy, Coco & Chunky genuinely enjoyed their visit and the entire team was fantastic! The Veterinarian was superb and spent considerable time explaining the vaccinations and treatment they received today. This is the second time we have brought our Poodles there and wouldn’t consider trusting them to anyone else. Thanks Again!!!

We’ve brought all of our pets here and have always been very satisfied with the way they care for our dogs and cats. Everyone is always so helpful, knowledgeable and kind! My last pup we brought to get neutered and like always, such great work and great recovery! The staff is always there for any questions we have. I can’t say enough great things about them, you can just tell they love all the animals in their care!
