I have been taking my dog to Dr Frenzel for the past 11 years. We started with her when she was Frenzel’s Mobile Vet and stayed with her after she became Hightowers Animal Hospital. She has always shown our dog love and compassionate care from when she first saw him as a puppy to when she most recently saw him for more urgent care and chronic medical issues. She has always been there for us when we needed her. I highly recommend her!

As a Pet Hospital, Hightowers Animal Hospital likely offers a range of essential services to cater to the diverse needs of pet owners. These typically include:
- Preventative Care: This is the cornerstone of pet health and includes routine check-ups, vaccinations, parasite control (flea, tick, and heartworm prevention), and nutritional counseling. A proactive approach to healthcare helps detect potential issues early and maintain optimal wellness.
- Diagnostic Services: To accurately diagnose illnesses and injuries, a Pet Hospital usually provides various diagnostic tools such as laboratory testing (blood work, urine analysis, fecal exams), imaging (X-rays, ultrasound – though the availability of advanced imaging may vary), and other specialized tests.
- Medical Treatment: This encompasses the management of various medical conditions, including infections, allergies, endocrine disorders, gastrointestinal issues, and more. Skilled veterinarians provide appropriate treatment plans, administer medications, and monitor the patient's progress.
- Surgical Services: Many Pet Hospitals offer surgical procedures, ranging from routine surgeries like spaying and neutering to more complex soft tissue or orthopedic surgeries. The availability of surgical services often depends on the hospital's facilities and the expertise of the veterinary team.
- Dental Care: Dental health is crucial for the overall well-being of pets. Services may include routine dental cleanings, dental examinations, and treatment of dental diseases.
- Emergency and Urgent Care: While not explicitly mentioned, a well-equipped Pet Hospital often provides care for urgent medical situations that require prompt attention. It's advisable to confirm their emergency protocols and hours of operation.
- Chronic Disease Management: For pets with long-term health conditions like diabetes, arthritis, or kidney disease, a Pet Hospital plays a vital role in developing and implementing management plans to improve their quality of life.
- Nutritional Counseling: Veterinarians can provide guidance on appropriate diets for different life stages and health conditions, helping pet owners make informed choices about their pet's nutrition.
- Behavioral Counseling: Some Pet Hospitals may offer basic behavioral advice or refer clients to veterinary behaviorists for more complex issues.

May 04, 2023 · APS CaswellVery nice staff. Dr was very compassionate at a very hard time for me. I had to put down my last baby boy who almost made it to his 16 birthday. It's a time you know it's coming, but you're never ready for it.
Sep 19, 2023 · Carly AndersonDr. Frenzel and her staff are so nice and great at what they do! So happy we made the decision to take our pets here. Our anxious lab who doesn't do great with new people did so well with Dr. Frenzel and I no longer feel nervous when she has to go to the vet. Highly recommend! Very nice and clean facility as well!
