This pet owner, who had questions about their puppy, praised Bridget for her helpfulness and patience, noting that she answered their inquiries without making them feel foolish. The reviewer expressed immense gratitude, stating that Bridget's care made them feel at ease and highlighted her genuine concern for the puppy. The enthusiastic "100000 stars" rating underscores the profound positive impact of this interaction, suggesting that Highland Village Pet Hospital values clear communication and empathetic support for pet owners from the initial point of contact.

Another detailed review comes from a long-term client who has been bringing their dog, Sage, to Highland Village Animal Hospital (referred to with a slightly different name but likely the same establishment) since puppyhood. This customer consistently expresses pleasure with the staff during every visit, describing them as "very caring, knowledgeable & patient." Their personal experience includes having Sage spayed and successfully treated for two ear infections at this facility. This sentiment reflects a strong sense of trust and satisfaction built over time.

An update from the same reviewer further illustrates the thorough and considerate approach of the veterinary team. Following a fine needle aspiration of Sage's lump, the results indicated inflammation, likely related to a previous injection for an ear infection. We have been coming to Higland Village Animal Hospital since our dog Sage was about 6 months old. Have been very pleased with the staff during every visit. They are very caring, knowledgeable & patient. I had Sage spayed here and they healed two ear infections. Today we saw the Dr. for a lump on Sage and are waiting to get results back…. I feel like I’m in good hands at this veterinary hospital and you will be too! Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of Sage! Update: We received the fine needle aspiration results back on Sages lump showing it was inflammation most likely from the shot they gave her for her ear infection a few weeks prior. We are so relieved it’s nothing serious. We appreciate that the Dr. was willing to do the extra testing that we requested to put our mind at ease.

I wanted to come on here and personally thank Dr Asaad. I came in about 2 weeks ago because my dogs paw was swollen and he was limping. After gentle care and examination the Dr did, we found out Moose broke his toe. This resulted into him needed a splint. I was very nervous because for obvious reasons, the splint and the x-rays were very expensive, and he said we had to keep it very clean and dry to avoid having to pay to re-splint. I'm on week 2 1/2 and moose's splint looks very good. To do this, i kept him him in his kennel when we were out so he didn't have the freedom of running/jumping. EVERYTIME we took him out to go potty we put a plastic bag on his splint and tied it with a rubber band. We allowed him to sleep on our bed at night that way we knew he wasn't licking his splint or around his splint to avoid an infection. This is very doable, it is tedious, but it will save you money. Here's some pictures of moose! * and you can see in the photos he has a plastic bag to keep it clean and fresh to avoid infection and re-splinting!*

My small breed dog was very ill. They kept her for 2 days and they took very good care of her. I'm very impressed on myoutcome and the knowledge of the vet. She's doing a lot better now and have brought two other of my dogs since then to get medical attention. I highly recommend this pet hospital they also offer grooming.

I've never felt more comfortable leaving my pets in the care of a veterinary team. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. Dr. Asaad took the time to explain everything and treated my pet as if it were their own. The level of care here is top-notch, and the facility is clean and welcoming. I’m so grateful to have found this pet hospital– they truly go above and beyond! Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality and compassionate care for their animals!
