I’ve been taking my pups here for 4 years now and they’ve been nothing but patient and kind to my pack and make them the most comfortable! I couldn’t be happier with the care and love my pups get while going in for just a tech appointment! We love Dr myers and tech Beth! Thank you for all you do!

9 years ago, my husband and I moved from Royal Oak to Hartland with our fur babies. One day our boy Parker had an emergency and needed to be seen immediately. I called multiple vets and no one would fit us in, until I called Highland Veterinary Hospital. They advised me to drive safely and get there as soon as possible. They saved my boy's life that day and they didn't even charge me for an emergency visit. Parker had many health issues over the years and the staff at Highland Veterinary Hospital were always helpful and got me in quickly and took care of Parker to keep him in tip top shape. Last week I needed to make another emergency appointment and they scheduled me for late afternoon the following day. The day of the appointment Dr. Myers wasn't feeling well and was going to have to leave early, but they called me and asked me if I could come in early. That day Dr. Myers and the staff at Highland Veterinary Hospital helped my husband and I to ferry our beloved boy across the rainbow bridge. Thank you so much for all of your help and support over the years. The compassion and care showed to us was outstanding and I would recommend them for all of your pets needs. We truly appreciate the kindness we received helping Parker to cross the rainbow bridge so he could be with his sisters.

We have always been pleased with the care our pets have received at Highland Vet. Our last mini schnauzer was diabetic. Beth and Dr Myers were so helpful on that difficult journey. We just got a new puppy and returned to Highland. The staff is wonderful!

They were such a savior when my puppy ended up needing pretty immediate surgery! Called a lot of different places and was lucky enough Highland Veterinary Hospital got him in on such short notice. Everyone was so nice, helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. Surgery went smooth and recovery is on its way! A big thank you to everyone there for their help and Dr. O’Connor who performed the surgery I believe.

Been going here for years, it is for sure not the same as it used to be. Won't be back. They can't explain what tests are needed for what. We weren't even going to get a tooth cleaning after the 1600$ quote, yet we still paid for a "pre surgery" exam for some reason, and then had to deal with phone calls for the rest of the afternoon because they said we were not properly billed and that we needed to pay another 200 something dollars. Frusterating.
