We took our Chinese Crested to Highland Park Pet Hospital for the first time on a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed. The ambiance, together with the attention of the staff, made for a very comfortable experience. As it turned out, the news was not good for our puppy and he had to be euthanized 2 days later. Again, everything was done to make this as less upsetting as possible. In particular, Dr Bayliff was exceptionally kind in the treatment of our dear dog and did everything she could to spare our feelings. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Veterinary practice.

Everyone is so kind and you can tell they genuinely care about the pets that come to see them. Definitely recommend Highland Park Pet Hospital for all pet care and concerns.

Dr Bayliff has been taking care of our little Dusty for close to 4 years now, and her exceptional professionalism, skills and knowledge is what keeps us coming back. From pancreatitis flare ups to tumor removal. They take care of our little guy with love and kindness. Dr Bayliff always answer my questions and concerns thoroughly. Her team always follows up to check on Dusty whenever he is sick and for any after care. The Highland Park team are very reliable and helpful. The office is easy to find, clean and over all a great environment. Great prices, especially for the care we get. I can’t thank her enough for all she has done for our little guy. Her team truly is exceptional.
