They have been the best vet I've been to by far. They delivered my dog's puppies when an emergency situation was imminent. They took me in as a new patient and responded to momma dog swiftly during labor early in the morning. They gave me updates on her birth while I was away and have cared for all of the pups since that day. I'm so very grateful for the personal, caring and professional experience I've had. They give accurate pricing before procedure and are upfront with all care needs. I can actually remember my dog's medicine regimen- and even when I forget, I can call in and ask without feeling stupid. They have been so flexible and helpful with my busy schedule. I can't tell you how good it feels to be heard and feel like they are here for my family members. I'm always greeted with smiles and I know my dogs will be treated with good care and a high attention to detail. There is no "SOL" at Highpoint Animal Hospital. They get it done and when they can't, they assist you in finding the help you need ASAP. No animal left behind or in pain. So very thankful!!

Switched vets to High Point 2 years ago, and they have always been very helpful and compassionate with our animals. Even going so far to give us special meal plans for our dog with CKD. I just wish they were open more on the weekends, but with how hard they work, they deserve the time off! Highly recommend and prices are fair / in-line with other area vets and cheaper than emergency vets.

This place is amazing! All of the staff are so friendly, understanding and helpful. And the prices are super fair and affordable. I called as a new patient (well my dog Tipsy), and they were able to get me in the next day. I had previously gone to Medvet, because she had a hematoma in her ear and I panicked not knowing how serious it was. Medvet charged me $500 to be seen, drain the ear, prescribe meds, and a cone. Granted emergency vets are always more expensive, High Point charged $168 for the same procedure. Just different meds and no cone since she had one already. Plus we’re nice enough to give a complimentary ear cleaning and nail clipping. Will recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I want to thank the staff for seeing us on short notice. My dog fell on our walk; and was having problems walking. They were able to squeeze us in. They gave him pain medicine and told me to keep him calm. He is feeling better.

The Staff are absolutely amazing and took great care of my Dog Son Baxter. Wonderful prices and great service. Please keep up the great work High Point Animal Hospital Staff. Y'all are absolutely the best and I would highly recommend everyone for vet services through HPAH.
