Dr. Gretzinger and her staff are very warm and friendly. They take good care of your pets. My two cats are happy there too. They’re never happy about the car ride hence I got this picture of Tiger Lilly taking the ride in the car.

This place is amazing. The staff are sweet and the Vet is straight to the point knows her stuff n seems to genuinely care. The prices are great and fair.

Excellent pet hospital. They performed surgery on my cat and were extremely friendly and really good with my scardy cat who's terrified of everyone. He was so comfortable there that he tried to follow the veterinary assistants into the back. I'm not taking my cat to any other vet.

I was referred here by a local dog boarder. I was not disappointed at all. Prices are good but more importantly every person that works there is incredible and their love for animals is apparent from the moment you call to make an appointment. You're greeted by friendly office girls, vet tech is awesome and knowledgeable, and the vet herself is great! Really feel like my babies are in wonderful caring hands! They don't try to get you to spend your money, but try to save you money. The vaccines were cheaper here than at TSC mobile vet clinic. You would never know this was a veterinarian if the sign didn't say so. Absolutely spotless, no pet smells at all, every inch of this place is clean. When I arrived, there was a girl outside cleaning up for the safety of other pets. Absolutely will be a client here as long as I have pets ♡ Forgot to take pictures of the dogs, too busy trying to keep them from getting into things but I captured the sand hill cranes walking past the window while they were weighing the dogs.😁

The wait was very long because my little 12 year old senior was a first time patient at Hernando Animal Hospital. We waited 3 hours to be seen. The hospital is just like a human ER, with priority patients being seen first. Which I totally understand. Dr. Stone wasn't able to provide a diagnosis of exactly what is wrong with my little girl's ear but she did provide antibiotics, pain/inflammation medication/and a cone. Dr. Stone was very cordial and understanding. Debbie was outstanding. She was empathetic and very gentle. The hospital facility was very clean. I would highly recommend the hospital if you need emergency care. It was well worth the wait. We are following up with our own vet in 7 days.
