Very upset on my last visit to the clinic. I took my new puppy here due to my positive experience with adopting a puppy from here. However, when it came to this visit with my new puppy NOT satisfied at ALL with the visit. When the Veterinarian joined the room they got straight to business which is great however they did not take time to at least educate me on what was being done. They started injecting my dog with vaccines (which I brought vaccines in to talk about before we started the appointment). I took a moment to request the Veterinarian slow down and explain to me what was going on which led the vet to became very frustrated. No one told me at least what was going on. No one took the time to go over any fees. They wait till you check out and just give you a bill. No estimate is signed and no heads up is given they will treat your dog without consulting the YOU the PERSON RESPONSIBLE for the puppy/dog/my companion. When it came to the microchipping process the doctor left the room IMMEDIATELY after the vaccines which is pretty much all that was done. Two unlicensed professionals handled the microchipping which led too TWO FAILED attempts. That resulting in my puppy to continuously bleed. When bringing it to their attention they said there is nothing they can do just let the bleeding stop. They could’ve started with the license professional handling the procedure. NOT just leave the room due to QUOTE “she doesn’t like to be here for it” as stated from the worker who failed to administer the microchip. After this I still had unanswered questions for the Veterinary and requested she come back to discuss the puppy check up which is what I scheduled for. The Vet did not come back and we had to rely on the front desk to answer all our questions. Really sad I had this experience here after the great experience I had with rescuing a dog here but as far as medical team there are other places in the area who will at least take time to inform you what’s going on with you puppy/dog before they just do what they want send you out with a bill and half ass Serivce We had came in for a professional consult with a Veterinarian which resulted in my puppy bleeding and horrible customer service

Welcome to Hearts Alive Village Animal Clinic
Welcome to the local introduction of Hearts Alive Village Animal Clinic, located at 3250 N Decatur Blvd in Las Vegas, NV 89130, USA. Operating within the Pet Hospital category, Hearts Alive Village Animal Clinic distinguishes itself by its close affiliation with animal rescue and adoption efforts. You can reach them at (702) 780-0002 or their mobile number, +1 702-780-0002.
Information regarding the specific environment of Hearts Alive Village Animal Clinic is somewhat mixed based on the available reviews. One customer who had a positive adoption experience initially anticipated a similar positive experience with the clinic visit for their new puppy. However, their subsequent description of the visit suggests a potentially rushed or impersonal environment. They noted that the veterinarian proceeded quickly with procedures without adequate explanation and that fee information was not provided upfront. This account could indicate a busy environment where communication and detailed explanations might sometimes be lacking. In contrast, another reviewer described an "absolutely amazing experience" where their pet was treated with "love and empathy" and the veterinarian, Dr. Vincent, explained everything thoroughly. This suggests that while some aspects of the clinic environment and communication might be areas for improvement, other interactions can be highly positive and caring.
The services offered at Hearts Alive Village Animal Clinic appear to encompass general veterinary care, including puppy check-ups, vaccinations, and microchipping. One customer explicitly mentioned bringing their own vaccines to discuss before administration, indicating that vaccination services are provided. The experience with microchipping, as described in one review, raises concerns about the standard procedure, as it was reportedly handled by two unlicensed professionals and required multiple attempts, leading to the puppy bleeding. This suggests that while microchipping is offered, the execution might not always meet expected professional standards. On the other hand, the positive review mentions a thorough explanation of procedures by Dr. Vincent, implying that consultations and explanations are part of their service offerings, at least with some veterinarians.
A notable feature of Hearts Alive Village Animal Clinic is its strong connection to animal rescue through Hearts Alive Village. This affiliation suggests a deep commitment to animal welfare beyond just providing medical services. It implies that the clinic likely plays a role in the health and well-being of rescued animals and may offer services related to adoption, such as initial health checks and vaccinations for newly adopted pets. This connection to a larger animal welfare organization could be a significant feature for pet owners who value supporting organizations with a broader mission of animal rescue and care. However, the discrepancy in customer experiences, with one highlighting a lack of communication and transparency and the other praising thorough explanations and empathetic care, indicates that the consistency of these features might vary.
Currently, there is no specific promotional information available for Hearts Alive Village Animal Clinic in the provided data. Veterinary clinics with ties to rescue organizations sometimes offer special rates for adopted animals or promotions related to adoption events. However, the provided reviews do not mention any such offers. Individuals interested in learning about any potential promotions or the cost of specific services are encouraged to contact the clinic directly.
The two contrasting customer reviews provide a mixed perspective on the services at Hearts Alive Village Animal Clinic. The negative review details significant concerns regarding communication, transparency about fees, the handling of procedures (specifically microchipping by unlicensed individuals), and the lack of follow-up from the veterinarian. This reviewer expressed disappointment, especially given a positive prior experience with adopting a puppy from the associated rescue organization. They specifically point out the lack of consultation before treatment and the reliance on front desk staff for post-procedure questions. In stark contrast, the positive review describes an "absolutely amazing experience" with Dr. Vincent, emphasizing the love and empathy shown towards the pet and the thorough explanations provided. This suggests that the quality of care and customer service might be heavily dependent on the specific veterinarian or staff member encountered during the visit. The significant difference between these two experiences highlights a potential inconsistency in service delivery.
In conclusion, Hearts Alive Village Animal Clinic in Las Vegas operates within the Pet Hospital category and is closely linked to animal rescue efforts through Hearts Alive Village. While this connection to animal welfare is a notable feature, the customer reviews present a mixed picture of the clinic's services. One review praises the amazing experience with a veterinarian who provided thorough explanations and empathetic care, while the other details significant issues with communication, transparency, and the handling of medical procedures. This inconsistency suggests that while some pet owners may have very positive experiences, others may encounter challenges with communication and the standard of care provided. Local users considering Hearts Alive Village Animal Clinic for their pet's needs should be aware of these differing experiences and may want to inquire specifically about consultation processes, fee transparency, and the qualifications of the staff performing medical procedures.

Mar 02, 2025 · Kenia B.M.AI have a 7 year old multi mix dog as I call him and he had a fairly significant mass growing on his eyelid that was concerning. He also had a reputation for chewing his way out of wire crates when he was a puppy and had some serious dental ablations as well as a cracked canine. I took him in and they were very thorough with me and explained everything in detail. He ended up having the mass and canine removed as well as a cleaning. Price was extremely fair and everything went beautifully and he has recovered well. I can't recommend them enough, thank you Dr Benson and staff for taking care of my fur baby.

Mar 05, 2025 · GRILLO 3DI wish prices were better explained by the time I made the appointment, of course my cat’s health is priceless and my priority! Other than excellent service! My cat had surgery and her incision was small, she had no problem at all with her sutures even though I could not get her to keep her collar on. She was back to normal on day 2. Medications were pre-measured for me in syringes and it was easy to administer. Thanks to all the staff!
