It was our first time here and my wife said it was a wonderful experience with the vet and the vet techs that work there. She said that the doctor and Dani Smith were excellent with our little boy Winston. I saw some of the reviews that said it was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for not only with service but with the care of your fur baby. So I would like to thank the staff for their excellent service and care.

Took my cat in for a rabies shot and to have nails trimmed. It was our 1st visit there. They gave the shot but then I was told my cat would be needed to be sedated in order for them to trim the nails. My cat hasn't had to be sedated for nail trimming before. Just do not feel that the kitty should have to be sedated just to be nail trimmed. Doubt I will go back there even though they are the closest clinic to us.

extremely disappointed. was never straightforward about my puppy’s care and he ended up dying from surgical complications. i was then blamed and bashed by a vet who wasn’t even on his case. do better. reply: I did follow post operative instructions. he never ate anything he wasn’t supposed to. yes he wouldn’t eat the food you provided but i soaked all of his food in homemade chicken broth for 20 minutes before it was given to him. I work as a nurse and I know how important intestinal surgery is. I brought him back 5 times telling you something was wrong. He was diagnosed with pancreatitis when no labs were indicative of it and the ultrasound showed that it “may” be enlarged. if you don’t know what is wrong with a pet, then tell your client to go somewhere else. i was bashed for things i didn’t do. i took the best care of him i could after. what you didn’t do is be straightforward that you weren’t sure why he was acting off. And the vet tech blamed him being an “overdramatic husky” when he was acting sick. in reality he was dying and none of you did what you should’ve. you also kept saying his temp was normal but he was on a 24 hour nsaid so that could prevent him from developing a fever from peritonitis. and i also requested his records which were never provided to me. i would leave a lengthy voicemail but you have it where you can’t :). it is understandable that you have to cover your behinds on here since it’s a public review but we all know that you messed up with his care and instead of admitting you didn’t know exactly what was wrong with him and to go to an er vet. you wrongly diagnosed and ultimately killed him. if i didn’t take good care of him i wouldn’t have brought him back so many times and kept him on a strict medication schedule.

Felt like a sales pitch more than care for my pet. Initially quoted over $800 when we came in for updated shots. Waited an hour in the room before she got seen. Our other dogs vet sets tech appts for vax.. takes 20 mins. Never even saw the Dr. Reply: You are looking at information from my previous pet. It was not my most current visit under my wife's name. Please get your information correct.
