Heart + Paw

Heart and Paw vet are wonderful. My dog ripped his dewclaw on a Friday night. My vet doesn't have weekend hours. I first went to an emergency clinic and waited 2 and half hours, they never even looked at my dog. We were the only ones in waiting room when we came. I found Heart and Paws as I was in the other place. They could see him same day. Vet was very good with my nervous dog. They gave us antibiotics and anti-inflammatory he needed. I would absolutely recommend this vet!!

Would recommend Heart + Paw! Scheduling and check in was straightforward. The low stress setup for cats was impressive! The staff was personable and caring across the board, which made our cat feel at ease. Each step of care was explained thoroughly. Texting made followups and scheduling future appointments easy.

Staff is friendly! However they did a pretty bad job with grooming.! They did the opposite of what I’ve asked for. I didn’t recognize my dog! Anyway the fur will grow back ! I think I did a better job when cut his facial hair. Pictures attached

We were traveling and needed to see a vet ASAP. They were able to get us in quickly and resolved the issue. The staff member, vet tech, and veterinarian were all nice and very helpful. A very good experience.

We have been taking our pup to this daycare since they opened Life has happened to us and their prices are getting higher and higher especially after Covid , there is much affordable daycares around but every once a while we would still take our dog there Yesterday after an emergency cancellation from our dog sitter I booked a play for today on line! I was surprised to see that there were no questions asked as there used be for updating on vaccines , they just approved the booking and asked for signing a consent form this morning which I have Then an hour later I receive a text from Ashley telling me that his distemper vaccine needed to be updated I told her I was at work til 5pm then she informed me that in this case Leo will be in a cage!! Shame on you all , who couldn’t come up with a system so I wouldn’t be able to book if our vaccines are not updated and now my poor pup has to be in a place where he lives to be but in a cage away from all dogs!! And I get yelled on by Ashley when I try to express how disappointed I am about this system, her trying to blame me!! Don’t go fancy with an app if you don’t know how to use it!! With the old ways I would always get an email or text about any missing vaccines !! My poor dog was devastated yesterday !! Wil never return to this daycare !!!
