It's rare to find a clinic as superb as Hawthorne Hills. My two kitties need care often, and we have experienced the most loving, gentle, and attentive care with the team here. Hawthorne Hills treats my family with the utmost compassion. As a cat parent, I tend to worry quite a bit and end up bringing my babies in more often than is probably necessary. From the moment I call or email, to walking in the door, to the exam room, it's clear that my concerns are being handled with respect and integrity. I can't count the number of times the team has moved mountains to make it possible for my cats to be seen during times of distress and uncertainty. These folks are truly exceptional at what they do. Something else that sets Hawthorne Hills apart from the rest is that their staff still wear masks. I feel really good bringing my beloveds in for care, knowing that the team cares about keeping everyone in the clinic as protected as possible. As an immunocompromised person who has two cats with a history of respiratory illness, I can't express how beautiful it is to feel safe taking my cats in for care. Overall, I feel such gratitude for Hawthorne Hills and everyone there for providing excellent veterinary support and cultivating beautiful client relationships. We're so glad to have found them!

This vet is awesome. They are very thorough with their exams. They check everything. They offer comprehensive services. They are fairly priced. And there staff is friendly and responsive to any question. I would highly recommend.

Hawthorne Hills is top notch when it comes to Veterinary services in the Seattle area. They truly care about your animals, they show their love and affection during the visit and they always follow up to make sure any issues or concerns are resolved. On top of all of that, their team is thorough, transparent, and extremely communicative. I've bounced around many vets over the last 5 years and too often it seems like you and your animals are just a number but at Hawthorne Hills that couldn't be further from the truth.

They checked in on my cat via text/call every day until our issue resolved. They got us in quickly three times in the span of a week. I appreciated the kindness of everyone in the office.

I took my dog here for two years, and they wouldn't let us go in with him even in 2022-2023. There is also no waiting area, so I was just standing on the sidewalk outside to wait during his appointments, and only spoke to the vet over the phone. More concerningly, my dog developed severe digestive upset (bloody diarrhea) after both times we brought him in for appointments, something that has never happened at any other time in his life - he is a very healthy dog in general. I can't imagine that's a coincidence. The care is very expensive, and they tend to over-prescribe expensive interventions.
