Apr 05, 2025 · Katie MemmoloIf I could give Dr Mattera, vet tech Sam and the receptionist Jaylen more than 5 stars I would! My dog was having some routine testing done and had some protein in her urine. Being a worrier on top of being pregnant (those hormones get ya) I started freaking out. The whole team but especially the three I mentioned made sure to take the time to explain the testing to me, make sure I was comfortable with the process, and never made me feel like a pest through my MANY calls! I can’t thank these ladies enough for the care and compassion they have shown through this past week of dealing with my anxiety and making sure my dog got the best care! Luckily it turned out to be nothing to worry about, I am so grateful to bring my dog to such a thorough team who all clearly care for their patients and take their jobs very seriously! I can’t recommend Have a Heart enough for any pet health needs!
Dec 31, 2024 · Laura SheehyThe staff is amazing, gentle and caring. The examinations are thorough and they take the time to know the animals. Excellent experience. The only other observation is the cost is high, no matter where you go. Tough for most everyone, though harder for older folks on fixed incomes who love and need their pets.
Feb 20, 2025 · L KI’ve been with Have a Heart for many years now and through a couple of pets. They have exceptional personalized service and really care. The Drs are top notch and explain everything in a way you can understand and will go over options for you and your pet in an honest straight forward but caring way. The front desk staff are always friendly, helpful, responsive and understanding. I highly recommend them!
Dec 13, 2024 · Kristen DionneTried to schedule an appointment for my sick cat for Thursday. They make you pay up front before scheduling. I don’t get paid until Thursday and they can’t guarantee an appointment for Thursday. This is not a veterinarian looking out for the best interest of the animals. It’s all about the money. Makes me sad.
