The staff is really friendly and willing to do anything to make sure you have a pleasant visit. The vet is very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand everything. He’s more than willing to answer any questions. I made the switch from my normal vet over to Harvard Vet. I have no regrets and I’m so glad I made the switch. I have no worries leaving my pets in the care of Harvard Vet. I highly recommend them.

Two days after Christmas we were visiting my inlaws in the country. My dog got into some rat poison. Even though Harvard Veterinary Clinic is not our normal clinic (we live in Madison) it was the closest one to my inlaws. We called them and explained what happened and they said we should bring our dog in immediately and they would treat her. They were kind, caring and compassionate. They took great care of Bella and, quite frankly, saved her life. The doctor and tech checked in with us regularly to provide updates through her care and spent plenty of time talking with us about the treatment provided. The rest of the staff was also incredibly friendly and supportive during such a scary time. I can't thank them enough. There are no words. Because of them I'm cuddling with my baby right now! The photo of her is post treatment. She was out of it!!

My dog is aggressive/reactive and hard to deal with we got distemper, rabies and heart worm testing.As side from the initial growls when Shawn walked in my dog was never made to feel cornered, attacked or fearful which led to quick and calm exam! The entire staff was extremely understanding and accommodating to my dogs needs! My family has been coming to Harvard Vet for generations because of how amazing the service is and how much they care about their clients both the pets and their owners!

Dr. Shawn really helped my dog, a German Shepherd with pannus, a serious eye problem (both eyes). In the course of less than 3 months, after eye injections and medications, her vision has improved dramatically. We appreciate his expertise and patience with the most timid German Shepherd on earth. My dog tore his ACL and required surgery. Harvard Veterinary Clinic performed the required surgery needed, and they provided excellent service and support. The front staff is always helpful supportive and friendly, and Dr Shawn did an outstanding job with the surgery, his care and concern for my dog and his recovery helped give me peace and strength knowing that my precious dog was in good hands and he is doing so well in recovery. thank you our are awesome
