My golden puppy got her paw stuck in a baby gate and it was bleeding slightly, we brought her in to get examined as a precaution! Staff was quick for an ER appt. Called at 8 and told us to come in at 10 (not urgent / not life threatening obviously) and they checked her out promptly! Great experience overall.

We took our dog, Rusty, in last week for emergency care. He was having trouble breathing and very weak. This was our 1st experience with Harmony Animal Hospital and we are so grateful for all they did for him. Dr. Garay was great, explained everything clearly and was going to stay with Rusty through the night. The next day he was ready to come home. His new meds were explained very clearly to us and the staff were great too----all helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. One staff member even told us that she petted him throughout the night, which made us feel good. Thank you again, Dr. Garay and staff for helping our "baby". We appreciate all that you did for him!!

Unfortunately we had an emergency Friday evening with my German Shepherd. She got sick with her hips and spine. We had to make a decision very quickly and unexpectedly and I want to thank all the beautiful people here that showed a lot of love and care for her final moments. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done. Thank you so much for being there with us

My dog was admitted for a debridement of a dog bite. I was quoted $1,300 to $1,600. When I went to pick her up it was $1,990. Nobody could explain what was administered to accrue the extra charges. No physician talked to me on discharge. I was told her drain would stay in 7 days. It was removed in 2 days. After the drain was removed my dog swelled up. I called harmony and all they cared about was telling me I would need to pay the $180. No concerns for the dog or what was going on. We took her to another hospital to find out her surgery needs to be redone and the wound should have never been closed. She will be admitted for 5 days minimum. I should have went there from the beginning. When I called harmony to check on my dog the doctor never even called me back. Harmony you should be ashamed at your people skills and at your surgeons clinical/technical skills. If you love your pet, Do not take your pet here.

We recently had to put down our 15 1/2 year old Pug. It was just time, and it was so heartbreaking. Having been a part of our family for nearly 16 years it tore us up inside to make the ride to the vet. Dr. Keefe and the staff at Harmony were incredible. When we arrived, already in tears, they immediately took us into a private room where we could spend our final moments with our pup. Dr. Keefe and the vet tech came in and took care of our dog with so much respect for him and us. They were so caring, and so sympathetic with our situation. Within a few minutes our little dog had crossed the rainbow bridge so peacefully. They let us spend as much time as we wanted after, and when we were ready, they took him right away so he wasn't left in the room alone. The entire experience, though heart wrenching, was so much easier than I ever expected. I appreciate the care and respect the staff at Harmony provided. THANK YOU!
