Happy Tails Veterinary Hospital

I truly cannot say enough great things about Happy Tails. I've been coming here for a few years now since they literally saved my cats life. Our family has grown, taking on two more dogs and now this is the only place I'll bring each of my pets. The veterinarians and the techs, and even the front desk associates genuinely love and care for your animals, they have so much compassion for them and truly treat them as if they are their own. Each and every veterinarian is so passionate and dedicated to this field and they will do whatever they can to help out and will squeeze you in if their crazy day has the room. I drive 40 minutes each way but will continue to make the drive because there is no one else i'd trust my pets with! Its so hard to find good people who really care these days and its so reassuring knowing that they still exist, and they are all conveniently located under one roof at Happy Tails. They all deserve so much more credit than they get. 1000000 stars out of 10! We love you guys!!

DO NOT take your pet to Happy Tails in Shrewsbury. I have had multiple horrible experiences with Dr. Jessica Edwards. She has been nothing but cold, disrespectful, rude, and condescending towards me and my family. When she examined my cat last year she showed absolutely zero compassion - she was extremely rough and heartless with him and basically shoved her nails in his mouth. The fact that this office continues to allow her to practice here is a testament to how little they care about animals and just care about the cash grab. If you love your animal, take them somewhere else.

I can’t leave enough stars about this business! Dr. Rovere is a special human being. From day one of us switching to this vet we have been so happy. Dr. Rovere really takes her time with the animals and takes the time to explain everything. She genuinely cares and her knowledge shines through. Her staff is always so friendly and helpful. They do not overcharge or recommend unnecessary expenses. Thank you so much for your care! Clyde says thank you! 🐾

Amazing! Go above and beyond. Our dog is not the easiest and is very anxious and they did an exceptional job at accommodating and making her feel comfortable at her annual appointment.

I cannot say enough about Happy Tails! Everyone who works there from the front Desk, Vet techs and the Phenomenal doctors are truly wonderful. My dogs absolutely love going to see their favorite person Dr. Drotos. She is one of the best veterinarian doctors we have ever come across. She absolutely loves animals Where else can you go where your dogs literally drag you into the examination room so they can see their favorite person who then literally lays on the ground and plays with them. We have searched for a vet group who we could feel comfortable with. They are honest, caring and go above and beyond for your pet. We have a special-needs dog who requires quite a bit of medical attention and from the very beginning Dr. Drotos and Dr. Rovere have made us feel so much more at ease and confident with handling it. If you are looking for a new vet I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed and neither will your pets.
