SO HAPPY TO FIND THEM! 🩷🦮 I'm not local to the area, but I made the drive to Hamlin Vet, and I'm now determined to make this the go-to place for my 11 years old dog and my future puppy. The staff were friendly, quick, clear, and caring. They were patient, took the time to listen to our questions, and provided clear answers. They also went out of their way to ensure I understood everything perfectly, even though I'm still learning English. Their empathy and affection really stood out to us. The facility itself is very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and smells great! I am very grateful to Dr. Naveen and his team.

The staff here are amazing. Their care is top notch. One of my dogs has had so many medical issues and because of that we are very emotional with her and they handle everything so well. Becky loves them and they love her. They treat her like their own and that’s what’s important. Our other dog isn’t a fan of vets and is a big dog but they handle him with ease and care as well. The fact that they’re open 7 days and easy to contact makes them even better.

I can’t express enough how grateful we are to have found this veterinary clinic! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in the right place for my dog. As a pet owner, it’s essential to find a vet you can trust, and Hamlin animal hospital has exceeded all my expectations. First and foremost, the staff here are absolutely phenomenal. Every single team member radiates kindness and compassion, which is crucial when dealing with pets, especially those who may be a bit shy or anxious. My dog is very fearful, but the veterinarians and technicians here are AMAZING with him. They are hands-on and always go through the extra mile to make sure no other dogs are around and accommodating us through another entrance so it’s just us. They take their time and ensure he feels safe and comfortable throughout the entire visit. I can see the genuine love and passion they have for animals, and it truly shines through in their care. What I appreciate most about is their approach to pet health decisions. They actively listen to my concerns and understand that I, as the pet owner, want to be involved in my dog’s health journey. They provide clear explanations and options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. It’s refreshing to be treated as a partner in my dog’s care rather than just another client. Their passion for animal welfare is evident; they genuinely want what’s best for my pet and aren’t focused on profits. You can feel the passion they have for their work in every interaction. The place itself is well-organized and welcoming. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, making it a pleasant experience for both pets and their owners. The moment you step in to be greeted to the interactions with the lovely techs, nurses and vets is always enjoyable and positive. I’ve never encountered a staff member who wasn’t eager to help or answer questions, which makes every visit feel personal and valued. Speaking of personal I truly feel that they consider their pets apart of their family. They always do follow up calls and take time to know and learn their patients. Whether it’s for routine check-ups, or any health concerns, I have complete confidence in their expertise. They take the time to thoroughly explain everything and follow up to ensure everything is going smoothly. It’s such a relief to know that my dog's health is in such capable hands. If I’m in there picking up food the vets always come out if they aren’t busy helping other patients and ask about Axel- if this doesn’t further show how much they care I don’t know what will. They simply don’t have to do this but they do because they CARE. I find them extremely affordable and honest in their pricing. They make obtaining critical and basic care easy. This place is hands down the best around. I wholeheartedly trust them with my dog, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I chose this Hospital because had an emergency with my loved Nala and was near my house. She passed last year and now we have 2 new puppies, so we decided to take them to Hamlin Animal Hospital for their puppy check. We love the staff and the vets, how they explain everything so clear. The place is very nice and our puppies love to go there. 100% recommended.

This morning we found a little mucus and a slight trace of blood in our puppy’s stool (this is the first time this has ever happened in the month we’ve had her, so it was concerning to us). She was acting totally normally, playing, eating, drinking, and did not cry when she went potty. She had a regular vet appt coming up this Tuesday, but we wanted to be safe and have her seen (her regular vet is only open Monday-Friday). We looked around for pet clinics/vets there were open today, that were not considered “emergency vets” so we could avoid paying an astronomical bill. We came across Hamlin Animal Hospital at 14410 Shoreside Way. They are open 7 days a week (as a “regular” vet) and they also do emergencies too. They took our baby girl in literally within minutes of us calling, and they did not charge us an emergency visit, but as a regular exam. Our Nurse Olivia was absolutely fantastic, and the vet/doctor was so sweet. They did fecal exams, and an overall check up. Our baby girl will be okay, just some general icky stuff going on inside. They prescribed her a few days worth of antibiotics and probiotics, and they believe that will do the trick! We will definitely bring her back here again!
