Let me just say absolutely top tier service 👏 👌. Took my pup in for ER visit New Year's Eve and we were warmly welcomed. They addressed my boy Teddy directly, telling him they were sorry he wasn't feeling well. Smiling face and super clear environment. Even a welcome gift bag (first time ever, with all kinds of goodies). Fast and efficient, super reasonably priced considering he had to have labs, meds, x-rays didn't happen because he was waaayyyy too anxious and turned blue. Doctor and vet tech were both compassionate, clear with directions and kept me updated. Couldn't be happier. Thank you for not making me feel like a burden on new years eve, I know everyone wanted to get home.

I’ve had an outstanding experience with Haines Road Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Stephanie Bode is an exceptional veterinarian who embodies a perfect balance of expertise and compassion. Additionally, the entire staff, including the wonderful desk girls and dedicated vet assistants, is amazing. They all go above and beyond to make sure both pets and their owners feel comfortable and confident in the care they receive. Highly recommended!

I am changing my primary Vet to Haines Rd. At a heartbreaking time with my cat Zameer not eating and drinking the whole office was a blessing. Walked in for the first time thinking it was gonna be all about the $$. I was completely wrong.The Dr.was informative made sure I understood gave me options and never once was I judged for the decisions I made within my budget. The compassion is genuine when it comes to the animals that walk or are carried through the door.i live in clearwater and willingly will make the drive to have them be my babies Dr. The best part is Zameer is doing well and all in part to the amazing care and treatment The price of everything was lower than the other offices I called around to get rough estimates especially about blood work. We live a half mile from the hospital and have been taking our cats there for well over a decade. Dr. Vincente was awesome! He also has cats of his own and understands them. When he retired we were worried about replacing him. Not to sweat, he left a protege Dr. Bode who is also awesome. She also has cats of her own along with lovely children. She gets cats and their owners! She is a special human being as well. I wish to also add the entire staff of young ladies from the front desk to the assistants. In another life I managed a Dental office with about the same number of employees. I do not take for granted the wonderful attitude, the pleasant demeanor and love of animals. We've had a half dozen cats the last five cared for and sadly when their time ran out, thoughtfully euthanized at Haines. We feel we got 2-3 years extra companionship out of one of them with his heart condition monitored by Dr. Vincente. I can only say wonderful things about Haines Road Animal Hospital!!!
