I just called to make an appointment for a very sick animal. The man whom answered was very rude and had no customer service skills. He told me he was there for answering service only and that I couldnt make an appointment until Monday morning at 8:30- ok no problem but I did politely continue to ask the man "what's the point of the answering service if I can't make an appointment?" That's when he got rude. I absolutely won't be using this vet solely because my first experience speaking to an employee there! That's awful that I have to say that. That man shouldn't be answering your phone and if he's the vet then I hope his communication skills and attitude are much better in person.

Jul 16, 2022 · J PWhen I need an appointment I can get in very soon usually the same day I don't have much waiting when I get there and I feel much better after my treatments very clean and the doctor and his wife is the receptionist Becky they are very friendly and cordial and make you feel comfortable
