I have been taking my dog to see Dr. Bell or Dr. Jorgensen for about 5 years now. They are very good with Holly and have always been helpful in keeping her healthy. Once you are in their system they send you reminders of your pets regular yearly checkups or vaccinations. Friendly staff and a nice clean business. I would recommend to anyone.

I love these guys!! I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in Iowa. Shannon, who is a vet assistant and runs the front desk, is so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Bell is amazing. She is so good with my dogs, which can prove challenging since I have a pack of German Shepherds. I have been going there for 3 years and I have always been more than happy with them! The thing that won my loyalty: I had just moved to Iowa and was a very new patient of Dr. Bell's when I decided to get a second dog. We ended up with an unintended rescue when we went to look at a dog and saw him living outside in a barn on concrete in the dead of winter, with no food, muddy frozen water, and cuts on his face from trying to chew his way out. The woman told us he had been abandoned by his owner, her old roommate who had since moved out, and she found him in the barn a few weeks later. He was absolutely petrified of us and wouldn't move from the corner. He was even aggressive out of fear, but we couldn't leave him. A few days later he vomited and I saw worms. I knew he needed vet care, but he was still so scared of us, I didn't want to put him through a vet exam right now. I called and explained the situation, and they said to bring him in to get a weight and they would give me the dewomer and do the full exam and treatments when he is more comfortable. If you have ever dealt with a vet, you know they NEVER treat without an exam. Some vets won't even give you flea/tick or heart worm medication without an exam. But Dr. Bell put what was best for our newest member first!

They let my brand new puppy die as they didn't even have an actual vet present in their office. They wanted to direct me to another office a half hour away during a life or death emergency. Don't waste your time going there. There aren't any doctors anyhow.

Dr John was filling in and took great care of our Plott hound Boone. The staff is second to none.
