Dec 05, 2024 · Mellissa MorganDr. Grimm took the time to see my dog Sassy. I was so worried that maybe there was something really wrong with Sassy, but thank goodness it was curable!! Dr. Grimm kept in contact throughout the weekend and I am very grateful for all of her help and support.
Apr 09, 2024 · Anita NWe had an unfortunate cat emergency and Dr. Grimm was able to make room for us the same morning. She was very kind and put up with my panicked questions very graciously. Everyone working there is very understanding and even when there's bad news they deliver it very well.
Aug 15, 2024 · DarfstellerThe staff is very welcoming. We boarded our dog here for 10 nights while in Florida. We also had him get up to date in his shots during this stay. The drop off and pick up visits went extremely well. Happy with this place and their prices are phenomenal !! Worth the 45 minute drive for us to bring him here from the Onalaska/LaCrosse area. We have now utilized this facility several times and have been very pleased every time.
Jul 21, 2019 · dan dWe were camping in the area and our dog sliced open the pad on her paw. We called Grimms at 8am, explained situation and they told us to come in and we will "fit your dog in as "best we can." Two and half hours later, our dog had her wound cleaned and bandaged with six stitches. Great service and care! Extremely reasonably vet bill. Highly recommend Grimm Tails
