Dr Sarah, and her Tech, SeSe, were amazing! They enabled me to keep my little girl at home for her final moments. Dr Sarah is a veterinarian, who provides a mobile hospital and is certified to provide exams as well as end of life care. It was so important to me that I didn't have to take my pup to a clinical environment. I highly recommend Dr Sarah. Not only did she help guide us through end of life, she also provided counseling on how to talk to children about the death of a pet. She gave us a hardback book "signed" by my pup, on the same subject to give to my grandchildren! Above and beyond!!

Welcome to Greensboro Mobile Veterinary Housecalls
Welcome to Greensboro Mobile Veterinary Housecalls, your trusted partner for comprehensive and compassionate veterinary care right here in Greensboro. As a dedicated mobile pet hospital, we understand the stress and inconvenience that traditional clinic visits can sometimes cause, both for you and your beloved animal companions. Our mission is to provide high-quality veterinary services in the familiar and comfortable environment of your own home, ensuring a more relaxed and positive experience for everyone involved.
At Greensboro Mobile Veterinary Housecalls, we recognize that your pets are cherished members of your family. That's why we bring the expertise and equipment of a traditional pet hospital directly to your doorstep. Our mobile veterinary unit is equipped to perform a wide range of services, ensuring that your pet receives the care they need without the added anxiety of travel and a clinical setting. This unique approach is particularly beneficial for pets who experience fear or anxiety during car rides or at the vet's office, as well as for pet owners with busy schedules or limited mobility.
Our core service revolves around providing comprehensive examinations in the comfort of your home. Dr. Sarah, a certified and experienced veterinarian, conducts thorough physical assessments to monitor your pet's health and detect any potential issues early on. These in-home exams allow for a more personalized and less stressful experience, enabling Dr. Sarah to observe your pet's behavior in their natural surroundings, which can provide valuable insights into their overall well-being. From routine check-ups and vaccinations to diagnosing illnesses and developing treatment plans, we are committed to providing proactive and responsive care tailored to your pet's individual needs.
A particularly significant aspect of Greensboro Mobile Veterinary Housecalls is our compassionate approach to senior pet care and end-of-life services. We understand that saying goodbye to a beloved pet is one of the most difficult experiences a pet owner can face. Our mobile service allows you to keep your cherished companion at home during their final moments, surrounded by the love and comfort of their familiar environment. Dr. Sarah and her dedicated technician, SeSe, provide gentle and supportive end-of-life care, ensuring your pet's comfort and dignity. They also offer invaluable guidance and counseling to help you navigate this challenging time, including resources on how to discuss pet loss with children. As one heartfelt testimonial shared, Dr. Sarah went "above and beyond" by providing a signed book for grandchildren to help them understand their pet's passing, demonstrating a truly compassionate and thoughtful approach.
Beyond end-of-life care, we are also equipped to handle various other aspects of your pet's health needs. This includes administering vaccinations to protect your pet from common diseases, providing preventative care advice on topics such as parasite control and nutrition, and managing chronic conditions to improve your pet's quality of life. Our goal is to be your comprehensive partner in maintaining your pet's health and happiness throughout all stages of their life.
One of the standout features of Greensboro Mobile Veterinary Housecalls, as highlighted by a delighted customer, is the personalized attention and time dedicated to each pet. Unlike the often fast-paced environment of a traditional clinic, our mobile service allows for a more relaxed and unhurried consultation. Dr. Sarah takes the time to thoroughly assess your pet, answer all your questions, and discuss treatment options in detail. This commitment to clear communication and patient education empowers you to make informed decisions about your pet's care. The remarkable experience of a typically anxious dog not only tolerating but seemingly enjoying a nail trim during a home visit speaks volumes about Dr. Sarah's gentle demeanor and ability to connect with animals on their own terms.
While we primarily focus on providing services within the comfort of your home, our dedication to your pet's well-being extends beyond just medical care. We strive to build lasting relationships with our clients and their pets, fostering a sense of trust and partnership. We understand that each pet is unique, with their own individual personality and needs. Dec 07, 2024 · Jaqueline GastI had amazing visit for my lab mix today! Every one was so amazing. My 67 lb baby always get stressed out and will not let anyone near his nails. He instantly fell in love with the Dr and her assistants. He is a ladies man 😊. The time spent with us and information about next steps and how to move on into his retirement years and as wonderful. He is 10 yrs old and no vet has ever spent the time and energy Greensboro mobile Vet did. I would give 10 stars if a could AND he let her cut his nails!!
Oct 25, 2023 · Monica WhiteDr Sara Fletcher Testimonial Sadly, we met Dr. Sara and Lizzie her technician under the worst circumstances. My two Weimaraners and I were victims of a vicious, aggressive dog attack in our neighborhood. When Dr. Fletcher and Lizzie arrived at our family home, they were incredibly supportive, sensitive, understanding, and proactive about the entire situation that was unraveling right before our eyes. Their deep sympathy, empathy, and knowledge helped us comprehend the gravity of what we were facing. After a thorough examination and gentle assessment, Dr. Fletcher explained each heartbreaking step of helping our beloved girl cross the rainbow bridge to gain her wings. 🪽😇 We now carry her in our hearts and treasure the beautiful paw and nose prints that Dr. Fletcher and Lizzie made for us. Sadly her sister is still trying to find her best friend. 🐾🐾🐾🐾 Dr. Fletcher is the best—a loving and dedicated person who gives her all to the care of her patients and their families. A true ambassador for animals. She provides dignity and love to our fur babies both in this world and as they transition to the next. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Jul 19, 2024 · Joanne BondOh my gosh,.. the Dr. And her assistant are amazing :-) :-)! They are so warm and inviting and they loved my baby girl spicy! I will be taking sugar and sweetie to see them as well and I want her to be our veterinarian for all three of my little girls!!
Sep 17, 2021 · Arlene AbdouDo NOT make an appointment with these people!! I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. They canceled on us SIX different times over the course of TWO months, we have an elderly dog who can no longer be taken to a vet and we were counting on them for help, which we never received. I'm honestly glad it didn't work out because if that's how they communicate over the phone, I would not want an in-person appointment with them at all. However if you have an elderly dog who might be ready for hospice I would HIGHLY recommend Lap Of Love, their customer service is incredible, and the vet was amazing.
