Greendale Village Vet

We just started going to Greendale Village Vet when we adopted our new puppy Sonny. They were extremely friendly when we got him set up over the phone oringally. We've taken Sonny there multiple times now, and WOW- this place is so inviting. All of the staff is so nice. They greet us when we come there and always give treats. They make me feel very taken care of. Our other vet that we've been taking our other dogs to for over 10 years has never made us feel so welcomed- so we transferred our other two dogs Izzy and Obi here as well. Thanks for the amazing hospitality to me and our fur children!

We just started our pups at Greendale Village Vet after we finally got fed up with our last vet’s treatment of our dogs. I truly cannot say enough good things about Greendale. I feel so lucky to have found them! They are kind, patient, compassionate and clearly love the animals they care for. I can’t believe we stayed at our last vet for as long as we did, it is NIGHT AND DAY difference. My babies are finally getting comfortable at the vet! I love this place!

These folks are the best. I've been going here for years.They are very accommodating, compassionate, and understanding. They genuinely care about your pets and want to provide the best care possible. They will go the extra mile every time to ensure your pet receives the care they need.

I decided to switch my 6 month old aussie/staffy puppy from his previous vet to this one due to family members only having amazing things to say about the staff here. I couldn't even begin to express how grateful I am for all the staff at Greendale Village Vet. They are all so heartwarming, caring, attentive, and encouraging. From the time I started coming to this vet office, I have noticed no matter who we encounter they are all so intuitive and knowledgeable. I really appreciated them taking my concerns seriously from the start that I had issues getting his previous vet to understand and putting their uttermost time into the care of my boy. I especially appreciate Ann Marie and Dr. Michelle for all they did for my boy when we had an emergent surgery needed due to his neuter incision opening and becoming infected. They were both very attentive and respectful of my concerns and how stressed I was from this whole situation. Again, I appreciate all the staff and everything they do for my boy. I can't imagine switching him to any other vet!

We decided to bring our Aussie/staffy to Greendale Village vet after a negative experience from her previous vet and we have never been happier with our decision! From the moment we walked in the door our dog responded very well to the staff, which was a pleasant surprise for us since she tends to be very anxious around people. Jordan the tech was amazing with her, Dr Ellen was attentive and took the time to listen to us fully. She got down on the floor with her was patient and kind. This week we had a bad experience with her spay from The Humane Society and had to bring her in for an emergency visit, Jenni was awesome. Our dog ended up having to surgery to fix some complications she was having and Dr Michelle and her staff stayed later and took care of our dog. I am VERY grateful for them and everything they did to help her they definitely went above and beyond in taking care of her. Thank you so much to everyone at the clinic for making our dog, who is so important to us, a part of your family and treating her as such we are eternally grateful for everything you do for her

We take both of our dogs to Greendale Village Vet, and are very happy with the care they receive. One of our dogs suffered a medical event, which was unfortunately outside normal hours. That required emergency vet visits. Despite that, Dr Bailey Ryback stayed in contact with us throughout the week, as our dog’s medical records were being sent to Greendale. After our dog passed, a rose and a card signed by the Greendale staff was delivered to our home. That meant a lot to us, knowing that the office cares about the animals they treat and their owners.
