I can’t say enough good things about this clinic - it’s truly a hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, the receptionists, vet technicians, and vets make you feel like you’re apart of the family. You can tell everyone here is passionate, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to providing the best care for your pets. As a new puppy mom, I was nervous about getting my puppy spayed, but the team was so thorough and kind in walking me through the entire process. I was amazed at how they kept me updated every step of the way. Even when my Luna was in another room for 5 minutes, they took the time to let me know how she was doing. That level of attention and care is priceless! As a healthcare professional myself, I truly understand the importance of emotional support for families. It’s incredibly refreshing to see the same compassion extended to the veterinary world. It’s clear that this clinic isn’t just about treating animals - they genuinely care about the well-being of both pets and their families. HIGHLY recommend!

I never thought I’d be saying, “This was a really great experience” after being told our senior cat is entering palliative care—but it’s the truth. Dr. Lexi and the vet tech led the entire visit with compassion and heart. They struck a perfect balance, knowing when to lighten the mood with humor and when to be somber while delivering the news that every pet owner dreads but knows will come someday. Dr. Lexi took the time to thoroughly review findings from a costly procedure done at another clinic—details that the previous practice had breezed over. She also closely examined my cat's bloodwork to ensure nothing was overlooked, providing a clear and comprehensive understanding of what’s happening. What stood out most was the way Dr. Lexi approached care recommendations. Instead of pushing unnecessary tests or treatments to inflate a bill, she was logical, realistic, and informative, empowering me to make the best decisions for my cat. I left the appointment feeling confident in her expertise and reassured by her genuine concern for my pet’s wellbeing. From check-in to check-out, every team member I encountered at Green Trails radiated kindness and empathy. Amazing staff and Dr. Our 6 year old dog had an ear problem for the first time in her life. Dr. Lexi took her time to help us figure out what treatments we should use and explained everything perfectly. She has a very warm and comforting effect on her patients. We will recommend her to all our friends.

The entire team at Green Trails is lovely. The staff go above and beyond and I have always felt my dog is getting exceptional care. I don’t have a bad thing to say about the clinic. They’re awesome! Recently we met Dr Edwards for the first time. He spent time with my dog and went over every concern I had. He was both thorough and compassionate. I appreciated his attention to detail, expert opinion, and friendly nature. I feel fortunate to have him caring for Honey.
