I’m disgusted that they didn’t have the courtesy to call me back as promised. We are traveling with our rescue pup. Because we had a problem with our motor coach and our trip back to Texas was delayed, we ran out of heart guard for our pup and it’s imperative he has it monthly as we continue to address his heartworm condition. We have the prescription, and the box that we finished last month and the dog. The staff was rude, unfriendly and unkind. (Seems to be the norm in Vermont) She knew I was very worried and upset and couldn’t care less. Said she’d speak to the vet and call us back. He was too busy, aren’t we all. Nothing. But we realized this is typical of people in Vermont. The unfriendliest state in the nation and we’ve travelled through all the lower 48. I’m Disgusted. If my dog gets sick, I’ll sue you to England and back. You know who I am now. I had to give them a star to be able to post this.

In April of 2023 we brought our Cat in for her rabies shot. Previously she was in for her annual checkup and no issues were found. Within 45 minutes after the vaccine the Cat died in the car while rushing back to the clinic. One of the most traumatic days in our lifes. I haven't posted this review in a more timely manner as there aren't many vets to chose from in the area. Now that Ive moved I can share this. My advice is to wait before going home if your pet experiences any issues

While in Vermont, our dog became ill. I called 2 other veterinary practices, one was booked and the other honestly admitted that if it was serious, they wouldn't be the right option. We called Green Mt Veterinary Hospital next. The woman who answered the phone was very accommodating. She said if they couldn't fit us in, she would help me find an appointment elsewhere. We were able to get an appointment with them & they were able to treat his UTI. Thank you so very much!!
