First intake appointment today. Very pleased to be treated with compassion and respect!! Finally got some answers as to what is happening with my sweet pup. They were very transparent with me. They’re hopeful that new diet and meds will help her!! Provided me with coupons and food samples hooray!! After the appointment, Dr Sue did research for my dog’s ear issue and called me with an option to help!! She even made sure it was an affordable option! She literally made time to do this!! My dog does need a dental, which i knew. But they’re taking the appropriate steps to make sure she’s good before it happens instead of pushing to do it right away. They really care and I’m very happy i made the switch!!! If you’re getting red flags at your current vet or looking for a new place, i highly recommend!! Wish i had done it sooner. Thank you Great Lakes and a shout out to Dr Sue!!

The environment at Great Lakes Veterinary Clinic is described by a satisfied customer as "small and personal," which suggests a warm and intimate setting where pets and their owners can feel comfortable and at ease. This contrasts with larger, more impersonal clinics, emphasizing a focus on individual attention and a close-knit relationship with our clients. The mention of "excellent staff" further indicates a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where your pet will be in caring hands. While the specifics of the facility's aesthetics aren't detailed, the emphasis on a personal touch implies a setting designed for comfort and care.

As a comprehensive Pet Hospital, Great Lakes Veterinary Clinic offers a range of services to address various aspects of your pet's health. One customer's initial intake appointment revealed a thorough approach to understanding their pup's condition, leading to answers and a hopeful plan involving a new diet and medication. This suggests our commitment to diagnostics and developing tailored treatment plans. Furthermore, the mention of a required dental procedure indicates that we provide dental care for pets, an essential aspect of their overall health. Importantly, the clinic prioritizes the pet's well-being before proceeding with such procedures, taking "appropriate steps" to ensure they are in good condition rather than immediately pushing for it. This cautious and caring approach is a hallmark of our services.

A standout feature of Great Lakes Veterinary Clinic is the exceptional dedication of our staff, as highlighted by the glowing reviews. Dr. Sue's proactive research into a pet's ear issue after an appointment and her follow-up call with an affordable solution exemplify our commitment to going the extra mile for our patients. This willingness to dedicate extra time and effort to find the best and most accessible care options truly sets us apart. The provision of coupons and food samples during the initial appointment also indicates our commitment to supporting pet owners in managing their pet's health needs. The overall sentiment from the reviews underscores a clinic that genuinely cares about the animals they treat and the people who love them.

The fact that "my dogs absolutely love this clinic!" speaks volumes about the positive experience pets have at Great Lakes Veterinary Clinic. This suggests that our staff knows how to create a comfortable and even enjoyable environment for animals, which is crucial for reducing stress during vet visits. The combination of a small, personal setting and excellent staff contributes to this positive perception among our furry patients. We strive to make each visit as pleasant and stress-free as possible for your pets.

While the provided reviews do not explicitly list all the services offered, the mentioned dental care, dietary and medication management, and proactive follow-up for ear issues suggest a broad scope of veterinary services. A typical Pet Hospital offers preventative care (like vaccinations and wellness exams), diagnostics (such as lab work and imaging), medical treatments, and surgical procedures. To get a complete list of our services, we encourage you to contact us directly. Our knowledgeable team will be happy to provide you with detailed information about how we can care for your pet.

Regarding promotional information, the review mentioned the provision of coupons and food samples during an initial appointment. The people here are very nice and you can tell love working there. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. I took my pets in for a checkup, so I didn't need anything to extravagant but they were great. Not too long of a wait (I had an appointment). I did notice someone came in (who was upset) and they immediately took them in a different room, so they could have privacy. I thought this was great, as I wouldn't want others staring at me, if I was this person. They truly do care about their patients (both animals and people).

A MONEY PIT Excellent with sales and Dr Randy is lacking ethics at best. My bulldog was brought in for initial exam, and obviously had an ear infection. Dr prescribed drops and antibiotics BUT never looked inside the dogs ears, did not even examine the dog knowing full well this dog was a rescue and should have been thoroughly examined. I'm charged full price for an exam but was not an exam without an otoscope etc All this Dr did was visually examine my bulldog. He never even put his hands on him.

They are THE best. Caring, friendly, knowledgeable. Dr. Jeff has treated all our animals for many years. He educates, he cares, his focus is as much on functionality as it is on advanced vet care. Excellent pain management services. The clinic collaborates well with other vet clinics / services
