Grace Veterinary Services prides itself on creating an environment where both pets and their owners feel at ease. The philosophy revolves around reducing fear, stress, and anxiety for pets during their visits. This is achieved through various thoughtful techniques, including a considerate approach, gentle control, and the use of positive distractions like peanut butter, squeeze cheese, and other tasty treats during procedures like vaccinations and lab testing. They also employ gentle touch, stress-reducing pheromones, and cozy surfaces on exam tables to ensure a comfortable experience. This commitment to a fear-free approach is consistently highlighted by satisfied clients, and it's clear that the team genuinely loves the pets that come through their doors.
The services offered at Grace Veterinary Services are comprehensive, covering a broad spectrum of veterinary needs. They provide essential preventative care, including nose-to-tail exams for all patients regardless of the visit's reason, emphasizing early detection and consistent wellness. Their diagnostic capabilities are robust, featuring digital radiology, ultrasound, and comprehensive laboratory testing for blood, urine, and fecal analysis. This ensures that accurate diagnoses can be made swiftly and efficiently. Beyond routine check-ups and diagnostics, they offer vaccinations, heartworm prevention, and flea & tick prevention, all crucial components of maintaining a pet's long-term health.
For more specific needs, Grace Veterinary Services also provides preventive pet dental care, from routine cleanings to extractions. They perform spay and neuter procedures, advocating for responsible pet ownership. Their surgical capabilities extend to a variety of procedures, from routine operations to more complex needs. Furthermore, they offer diagnostic imaging like X-rays, CT, and MRI to provide a complete picture of your pet's health. For established patients, telemedicine services are available, offering convenient consultations when an in-clinic visit isn't immediately necessary. They also understand the difficult times pet owners face and offer compassionate end-of-life care, providing both medical assistance and emotional support.
A key feature that sets Grace Veterinary Services apart is their dedication to not only medical excellence but also to the emotional well-being of their patients. Customer reviews consistently praise the team's compassion and the caring atmosphere. One client shared how their anxious pup, usually shaking at the vet, left with more confidence after a visit, highlighting the time given to the pet to sniff around and get to know the staff. This personalized attention demonstrates their commitment to nurturing the human-pet bond and creating a harmonious relationship between people and pets. They believe in educating clients on how to plan for a long life of wellness for their pets, starting with pediatric care and advocating for pet health insurance for emergencies.
In terms of affordability and transparency, Grace Veterinary Services receives positive feedback. Customers appreciate that their prices are reasonable and that the staff doesn't "give the run around or rack up the bill." This was evident in a case where a limping pup, initially a cause for worry regarding the bill, only required a simple test and a minor examination to determine a sprained leg from playing too hard. This honest and straightforward approach builds trust and ensures pet owners feel confident in the care their animals receive.
While specific ongoing promotions are not publicly detailed, the consistent theme of reasonable pricing and a focus on essential, non-inflated services can be considered a form of promotional benefit for local users. Their commitment to knowledgeable care, as evidenced by exceeding expectations on a blue healer mix, further reinforces their value. The facility aims to be a comprehensive care center, providing a one-stop solution for diverse veterinary needs. They often emphasize their role as a family-owned animal hospital where pets are treated as if they are at home, receiving a high standard of medicine. This ethos, coupled with their transparent pricing and compassionate approach, serves as an ongoing invitation for pet owners seeking quality and affordable veterinary care.
In summary, Grace Veterinary Services operates as a full-service Pet Hospital dedicated to providing advanced and compassionate healthcare. Their environment is designed to be welcoming and calming, their services are comprehensive and cutting-edge, their features include a strong emphasis on fear-free visits and a deep commitment to the human-animal bond, and their promotional appeal lies in their transparent, reasonable pricing and genuine care for every animal. They strive to exceed client expectations and ensure that both you and your pet are at ease during every visit.

May 24, 2025 · Sierra MesserOur pup was limping and we didn’t see him injure himself. We worried what the bill would be but they didn’t give us the run around or rack up our bill! Just a simple test to make sure no ticks snuck their way past us and with a lil rooting around his leg, turns out he was playing a lil too hard and sprained his leg. Our pup is also has a bit of anxiety with anybody who isn’t us but they gave him time to sniff around n get to know them. Very pleased with the price and compassion for our lil scaredy boy! He walked in shaking and left with a lil more confidence!
May 23, 2025 · Kily HoymanOur Saint Bernard Brutus can be a little wild sometimes weighing about 150 pounds. A lot of vets have turned him away. Dr. Rebecca took him in talk to him was so nice with him and explained to us not only why he was having his issues but multiple ways that we could treat it and or proceed with a surgery, which she said, would of course be the absolute last decision. I’m so happy to find a vet that treats my boy Brutus the way we do. Definitely recommend and for us we have found brute a new doctor. Thanks again doctor rebecca!
Sep 27, 2024 · Michael SibleI cannot recommend Grace enough. I had to make the tough decision to help my boy Xander cross the rainbow bridge. They were there for me every step of the way. The explained everything that was going to happen before they did anything. They also made sure I was ready before they did anything. Then after they let me just stay with him for a while and bawl my eyes out. It wasn’t an easy decision to make but Xander was suffering and they were very caring and compassionate towards me and my baby boy.
Feb 19, 2025 · Ashlye WernerI’d give them more than 5 stars if I could! My corgi woke up yesterday with a limp and looked stiff in all paws, they got us in early this morning and immediately tested him for Lyme’s and treated him quickly! They treated us so fantastically, and were so caring with my boy! I’ll be taking all of my pets here from now on!
