Visited Grace clinic today with our kitten we adapted from CollierDomestic Shelter. Impressed by timely manner, friendliness, cleanest. Exam room is equipped with lot of playgrounds for kitten . From the reception to technician , Doctor Erica everyone is professional, attentive. Our kitten had a complimentary nail clipping, tasty treats and through full exam. We had a lot of question, received completed helpful answers.

Unfortunately, I have decided to withdraw all three of my pets from Grace Vet Center. I recently brought my cat in to check for a possible UTI and the outcome of the appointment was very upsetting. I appreciate the practice having an appointment open the same day I called, however, the interaction I had with the doctor was very unprofessional. The technician informed me that the doctor would review my cat’s file before coming into the room but mentioned that doctor had to make an errand and will come back shortly. During my conversation with both the technician and the doctor, it became evident that the doctor had not reviewed my cat’s previous records beforehand. Instead, the doctor was reviewing the past appointment results during the appointment which gave the impression of being unprepared and inattentive to my cat’s medical history. Unlike previous visits, the vet and technician did not conduct a full, comprehensive exam, such as checking my cat’s teeth, ears, weight, and temperature. Instead, I was charged $95 for the vet to briefly feel her abdomen. I wish my cat was looked over throughly for the comprehensive exam. I did state that my cat is anxious with new people but that is not an excuse to not do a thorough exam at a “cat friendly practice.” He then stated he couldn’t locate the bladder and recommended an X-ray and urinalysis. While the X-ray and urinalysis may have been appropriate, I was pressured to make a decision of a 500 dollar vet bill quickly because the doctor stated it is almost his “lunch time.” I found it highly unprofessional for a veterinarian to prioritize their lunch over the patient’s care, creating a rushed and uncomfortable situation. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I no longer feel confident entrusting my pets to this practice. Thank you for providing treatment to my pets in the past. I wish all the best for this practice.
