AVAILABILITY: I was looking for a vet to take my pet Lilith after she had been vomiting and having diarrhea and looked through Google and came across this place. I was able to do a walk-in without an appointment. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The staff were so friendly and took the time to listen to concerns and questions (I was very stressed). Dr. Hwang was probably the best veterinarian doctor I’ve ever interacted with. He was COMPASSIONATE, UNDERSTANDING, and DETAILED. He explained and provided a thorough break down of what might be causing the symptoms, along with options (tests) that narrowed down what was making my pet sick, and provided a solution to get her better. CLEANLINESS: The office was clean, inviting, decorated with nice animal wall pictures, and had an air purifier, possibly humidifier (THANK YOU)! To top off this review, the office is closed partially on Saturday and closed on Sunday. I had brought my pet on Friday and had questions regarding her medication. Although they were closed, they were still available via email to answer any questions I had. Thank you for the great service you guys provide!

My cat ate a long ribbon and it put my fiancé and I in panic mode. We called a bunch of animal clinics to see who could help our Pudding with his situation. Jennifer was the one who answered my call. She was extremely patient and answered all our questions quickly. It was extremely easy getting ahold of this office and she remembered us by name. On top of that, Grace Animal Hospital had the best pricing. Our cats surgery was needed urgently. Unfortunately, we notified them too close to their closing time so we had to go with a 24 hour facility. Im writing this review not only because of Jennifer but also because Dr. Hwang called us with his cell phone after hours and kept in touch with us to make sure our cat was taken care of. They usually don't do surgeries on weekends but he offered to help Pudding first thing Saturday morning. In the future, I will refer all my friends and family here. I will also be keeping them as the first place I will go to in the event of an emergency.

I took my dog to this vet because she had a cyst-like bump growing on the side of her snout. This vet immediately recommended surgery, quoting me $1,500, without even discussing alternative treatments. It felt like they were more focused on making money than actually trying to help my dog. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion from another vet, and I’m so glad I did. This vet actually examined my dog thoroughly and prescribed medication first instead of jumping straight to surgery. The medication worked, the bump disappeared, and my dog is now completely fine—without needing an expensive procedure.

This morning, our family faced the incredibly difficult decision to put our beloved family dog, Skipper, to rest. His terminal case of cancer had progressed to the point where he was suffering and very ill. As heartbreaking as the situation was, Dr. Hwang and the amazing staff at Grace Animal Hospital handled the end-of-life process with immense sympathy, care, kindness, and genuine concern for our loss. We will miss Skipper with all our hearts, but his absence will be filled with the cherished memories and joy he brought to our family. We are deeply grateful to Dr. Hwang and the wonderful team at Grace Animal Hospital for making this process as humane and comforting as possible under such difficult circumstances. While we hope that no one has to go through this experience, if you find yourself in a similar situation, I highly recommend speaking with Dr. Hwang about their services. My little princess 👸 had some issues...urinary infection i think and bladder stone which was a size of a plum pit. Doctor was referred to us by a church friend and was able to see the Doc.. short notice and after xray he advised to advance to surgery right away. We left her and couple hrs later , the Doctor contacted us saying everything went well and we will have to wait and see if she recovers fully. Next day office notified us she was ready to go... picked her up and she looked 😍 like the princess she should... hopefully she will stay 🙏 healthy.... This Doctor and there staff... Hands down.... The Best!... So hard to find people that actually Cares!....God Bless... and keep blessing lives!....
