Fantastic service, open and informative communication about my dogs condition, his diagnosis and prognosis and professional approach to future treatment. Dr Gutierrez is very knowledgeable and offers detail explanations and practical advice. Loved the conversation with him. His experience shows and instills confidence! Front desk were very helpful especially Gio. Thanks guys for the splendid visits. Smokey Bear and I are looking forward to future visits.

2nd review having now attended for over a year. I have 2 cats of my own who have frequented this exceptional office. 4 prior vets couldn’t find a problem w/my 6 year old cat, I was desperate & Dr.Gutierrez gave me his hypothesis before even seeing her, just by listening. He was correct. She was allergic to all food but *also allergic to other outdoor/indoor things, so she now requires Claritin 2ce daily. She has never been so healthy. She used to have UTIs and dermatitis constantly throwing up, we tried everything for years. Never has a vet helped me minimize cost and maximize the health of my babies. Why the second review? I have since requested the help of this vet in 2 desperate situations, as I try to rescue or rehabilitate animals on the side. one dog required an immediate appointment and was accommodated- I think the staff came in early. The other, a cat who was found that wasn’t going to make it. I received a call directly from the vet involving both situations, actively helping me try to help these neglected animals. I couldn’t sing the praises of Dr. Eric and his staff any louder than I already am. He is beyond exceptional. Beyond ethical. My entire family (spread around the country and all animal rescuers) have repeatedly told me that they wish they had a vet like I have here. From the random questions and emails and phone calls, the last minute appointments (I obviously try very hard to avoid bc it’s rude) - my animals and i have always been treated with such consideration and kindness. Eric Gutierrez has made a massive difference in our lives, and anyone who loves their furry children knows the tremendous impact that a vet makes on your family. This one has absolutely gone above and beyond for mine, time and time again.

Dr. Gutierrez is amazing! Best vet ever and I trust him. He treats you like a friend. He understands the importance our animals have in our lives. The entire staff is friendly and compassionate, making you feel very comfortable when you’re there. My dog just had surgery with Dr. Guiterrez and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog in his hands. They even called me later to follow up and check in on my dog. They have everything you need here, in customer service and overall satisfaction.

“I took my cat to Gopet Veterinarian Clinic in North Miami for a skin rash, and since Dr. Gutierrez was unavailable, Dr. Bach administered a cortisone injection, assuring me there would be no major side effects. However, my cat immediately began acting strangely, and within days, his condition worsened. After returning to the clinic twice, we were told he had a bad reaction to the cortisone and was dehydrated, yet despite their care, he sadly passed away. This is not the first issue I’ve encountered here; my dog has had a chronic ear infection for nearly two years despite various treatments from this clinic. After this traumatic experience and the loss of my cat, I will never return and cannot recommend their services.”

I can't say enough good things about GOPET Hospital! From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff greets you with a warm smile and genuine kindness. They truly treat every pet like their own. Doctor Eric is amazing—so knowledgeable and compassionate. I feel completely at ease knowing my furry friend is in such capable hands. They have been so compassionate with Chanel my sweet girl during years and l have no words to appreciate so much help. God bless Doctor Eric's hands. Chanel
