GoodVets West Midtown

GoodVets is a great vet practice! I was able to get feedback/advice about my dog’s issue in less than an hour. I was also able to get a same day appointment with little wait time and feedback from two vets (Dr. Ramos by email and Dr. Cotton during office visit). I would recommend this practice to anyone ! Thank you!

All team members were knowledgeable, patient and welcoming from the first point of contact. The facility is esthetically pleasing and modern. I greatly appreciate their implementation of technology and sheer transparency relating to pricing.

Naki and the rest of the staff were so helpful and so patient with me!! This was our first visit and I will say everything went well. I am thinking about becoming a GoodVets member for my new Pup and they made sure I understood everything!

Dr. Cotton and the GoodVets West Midtown team have been wonderful. Our 15-year-old cat rapidly began declining recently, and though we had previously seen a different vet, we decided to give GoodVets a try. I am so glad we did. The team was compassionate, professional, and understood the difficult time we were going through. From the first visit to the last when we had to say goodbye to our sweet boy, they took exceptional care of us. While it was a terrible reason to be introduced to GoodVets, thanks to the exceptional care they provided, we will be bringing our other two cats to them from now on.

Very clean office and convenient location for me, but several things turned me off this place quickly. First, the technician and doctor started explaining to me what a polydactyl cat was and how they sometimes need toes removed even though I have had a polydactyl cat for several years and NEVER said anything about removing any of her toes as they are all attached. Secondly, it’s unbelievably expensive. I went in for a wellness check up for a healthy 2.5 year old cat and they came back with a quote of $500+ !!! I have never paid more than $200 for a wellness visit. They also quoted me $1300+ for a dental cleaning which I ended up going to a more reputable vet for and paid $200. Lastly, even though I was the only patient in the whole vet it took over an hour for that visit. Overall, I would not recommend.
