GoodVets Uptown (Chicago)

I love GoodVets! They're always so accommodating and answer all my questions about my pet. The staff is incredibly friendly and always takes great care of my furry friend. They're proactive about educating me and go above and beyond to ensure my pet is well cared for. I feel confident my pet is in good hands with them! And I love that they have resident cat Kiwi!!!! She is super friendly and adorable !!!

Great first experience at GoodVets Uptown. Abby, Iris, and Dr Z were all super welcoming to my furry dummy & myself. My dog is not a fan of veterinarians and everyone worked very hard to put him at ease and work with his comfort levels while still getting the job done. Everyone we met was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I appreciated the thorough explanation of services, costs, and alternatives and was surprised at the affordability and benefits included in their GoodPets+ care plan. Plus we got a Welcome goodie bag. Ted says "Thanks for the swag!"

Thank you for taking care of my beloved child and making our visit stress-free. Even my extremely anxious cat was calm and well behaved with the staff here because they were so gentle. The vet was incredibly attentive to my concerns and the pricing was very reasonable. I definitely will be coming back for future vet concerns. Thank you!!

I will refer absolutely anyone and everyone I know to their nearest GoodVets! I’ve been taking my pup Lando ever since we rescued him. Their staff is so patient, warm, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They are always transparent with pricing so you are never pushed into treatments wondering about how much it will cost. I now take my in-law's dog, Lily, to GoodVets after many bad experiences with her previous vet. I was so worried after seeing her in major distress, previous vets could not treat her for fear of hurting herself or someone else. I’m not exaggerating when I say the GoodVets team are literal angels and worked a miracle with Lily. She now has 2 positive experiences at the vet with no doubt many more to come!! Every staff person here was so nice! They did a great job with my anxious dog and took time to answer my questions. They were very professional and had a written estimate for me before I even asked, and did not pressure me into any optional treatments or tests. It felt very transparent. And bonus - the office is super cute, modern, and clean!!
