The staff on the front desk were welcoming and kind, the facilities were modern and clean. Dr Kafer and Zoe (I hope I’m remembering Zoe’s name correctly!) were both warm and friendly, and knowledgeable. They couldn’t do enough to make sure the dogs were well taken care of, and that I was fully informed about what kind of care they needed (and what the price would be) before they did anything. My dogs were clearly comfortable around them and in the facility. I already have them scheduled to go back for a dental cleaning!

I had an emergency with one of my cats on a Saturday and we all know what that means - sky high vet bills for after hours care. Only a few places were open and most were charging $60+ just to walk in the door. This office, however, has a wonderful program where the first visit waives the office visit fee. That alone would have been enough, but I had a great experience to boot. The office is clean and modern, and they offer light bevvies and snacks for customers (going above and beyond). The staff is friendly and professional, and the vet herself - she was wonderful. Kind, patient, and personable. They even followed up with a call a few days later to be sure my fur baby was on the mend. I'd normally expect that from a regular vet office, not a one-time walk in. Truly lovely experience and, if my current vet ever missteps, I know where I'm going.

I highly recommend. Affordable and quality care for my Chihuahua. The wellness plan is great. I got her spayed and got her on the best heart worm and flea prevention. This is all included with the wellness plan which saves you money and makes all of it way more affordable. Their office is nice and the staff are really kind.

I brought my Frenchie here and had an amazing experience with Dr. K! Incredibly nice staff and very clean and welcoming environment to bring your pets. Dr. K was very efficient and kind. They were transparent about costs and procedures beforehand which I loved. I’m so excited to be a patient here now!

My pup and I switched to Good Vets yesterday from another local vet and it was a great experience. We didn’t wait long at all in the waiting room like we used to at our last vet. My dog was apprehensive about getting on the scale and exam table ( he’s quirky 😊 ) and the staff was super kind and accommodating to make him feel comfortable! There were no surprises with the price and I wasn’t forced into any services or products. All of my questions were answered and my dog, Louie and I left happy. We are so glad to have found Dr. Jade and her staff. We had a great experience and we are glad to have you as our new vet! Thank you for caring for my Louie!
