Had a horrible experience here. It was our first time there and won't return. I took my dog in for a rash he developed on his inner thighs. I tried getting him in at our normal vet, but they didn't have any immediate openings. My dog however had an appointment scheduled already for his rabies shot and recently had a wellness check up with our normal vet.Which we were told that for my dog's age he was in excellent health, looked great, weight was good, and that he could tell we were taking great care of him. During our visit at Good Vet's we felt as if the vet's assistant was trying to force us to get the rabies shot through them by attempting to scare us into getting the shot through them (which was significantly more expensive than what we currently pay). I've had my dog for 9 years and not once have I EVER had a vet or their assistant say the things he said. Word for word he said, "I just want you to know that if your dog bites someone, they will take your dog, decapitate him, cut off his head, put it in a bag and send it to a lab." Then proceeded to say, "If you don't get the shot than your dog can't return to our clinic." To me that was very excessive and totally unnecessary to say all those things. After that we refused the rabies shot there and decided to continue to take him to his normal vet for his shots. My dog was prescribed medication for the rash and we went home. Upon returning home I received an email from Good Vets containing our after visit summary. In there the vet said my dog had dental disease and mouth pain, which was not true, nor did we even discuss any concerns we had with mouth pain. She also had a temperature listed for him and his temperature was never even taken during our visit. Overall I was very disturbed by all of this. I also noticed when looking over the reviews that the owner seemed to only reply to the good reviews and had absolutely nothing to say to those that had a negative experience. 🤔

Great experience. The doctor was knowledgeable and the front desk person was engaged, friendly, and accommodated my dog’s needs perfectly. It is a bonus that the facility is beautiful! My two dogs left happy and healthy! 11/10

I had a great first visit with my dog today! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they walked me through recommendations for care options. They were transparent about pros, cons, and the cost of care, all while giving plenty of pets and treats to the pup. I walked out feeling confident that my furry best friend is in great hands!

GoodVets was so great to my dog Koda! They were very patient with him and very sweet and loved on him so much and made him less anxious for his first visit! Very clean space sbd great, friendly staff! They explained the prices up front and break down of each thing before administering anything

Dr Devin really worked hard at treating our puppy, Lilo, we picked her up from the shelter and she had a laundry list of GI issues. She ended up finding the root cause of the issue! It’s a great vet office. I would recommend.
