Dr. Couch and all the staff are amazing. Very reasonable pricing on services, educated, and takes the time to explain issues and solutions. I had an older diabetic dog and Dr. Couch saved his life. It took us about two months to level out his blood sugar and he lived another 3-4 years after diagnosed, which is rare. I can’t say enough about this place. Been going for years and only vet I trust.

We have been using Dr. Couch for about three years now for our dogs and cat. The office staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Couch is always kind and gentle with our animals.

Dr. Couch is a great guy with a genuine love for animals. He does everything in the best interest of your pet, and doesn't recommend anything unnecessary. The office staff here is outstanding too. My female Shepherd can be a bit timid around new people and I can't think of a time she was uncomfortable around them. His office can do titer testing for vaccinations too. It took me a long time to find a vet for my guys living in Columbus, and I'll miss them greatly now that I'm moving to MN.

I moved to the area 2 years ago so I have gone through MANY vets to find the perfect one for all 4 of my animals. Dr. Couch and the girls are the best! Like most of you know bringing your animal to the vet can be a stressful thing for them. Dr. Couch understands that so he gets his job done in a very timely manner. He is straight to the point and that’s what I love most about him. He is extremely knowledgeable. I have left different clinics before confused on what’s wrong with my animal because the vet didn’t seem confident in what they were talking about. You don’t get that with Dr. Couch. I have been with Dr. Couch and his girls for little over a year now and I’m so blessed to have found them! 10/10 recommended!!

I was shocked and appauled by this vet. Would give 0 stars if I could. Dr. Couch forces you to answer and ask questions while he's giving your dog shots or doing other procedures instead of after he's done. He is gives short angry condescending responses like, "What else do you think would happen. " and has absolutely no recommendations when you ask him for help. He nearly yelled repeating a question I hadn't answered yet because I stopped to pick up my dogs leash. He definitely has a power trip over female clients and will treat you and your pets like annoyances. The office is extremely small and they told me I had to wait with my nervous dog in the waiting area. 2 minutes later a big dog came in and tried to attack my dog. They did nothing to help. This vet shows no compassion for pets or their owners. The vet techs were nice. Briarcrest is so much better the vet actually talks to you like a human being he has the time and ability to help.
