Only a 4 because the services they say they provide on the website is not accurate and we waited a long time for almost no reason. The vet himself was awesome and gave us some quick advice (after we waited 2 hours) at no charge. This is mostly a place where you could go to get vaccinations and flea treatments at a cheaper rate than most places. Get there there early! I was there 30 minutes early and was 10th in line.

Loved the clinic Sat morning. Yes had to wait a while but you can leave your animal in the car they give you plenty of time to get them at your turn. I was very happy with the care given to my dog and will keep using their services. Saved a lot. Thank You Guys!

We've been taking our dog to Good Neighbor Vet for nearly three years now and up until today, we have have had a good experience. Fast forward to today when we learned Good Neighbor Vet declined a prescription of Simparica Trio from a reputable company we've used many times. When I asked why, their response was that they don't approve prescriptions outside of their practice. However, the woman was quick to share that we could buy a 3-month supply of Simparica Trio from them instead... for nearly $70! I of course declined. So instead of being pet-focused (and customer-focused), they are money-focused, sadly. So, I had to call the company and cancel the order. Fortunately, we found another company that accepted our order of a 12-month supply of Simparica Trio for $188.00 (with coupon discount). That's $15.66 per dose versus $23.33 from Good Neighbor Vet. To say we are disappointed with them is an understatement. I've requested a call from one of their leaders - radio silence.

I've been to good neighbor vet a couple times. You may need to get there plenty early and get in line as it seems very popular. Service is very affordable. Had my dogs 3 yr rabies vaccine done last time.
