TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I have been a patient/customer of this establishment for 3 years. I have recommended many friends to bring their pets here, and it is very disappointing to see how the quality of the service has declined over the years. I have two 3.5 lbs teacup Yorkies. My previous experience at this establishment with my first Yorkie was terrible, Dr.Felix administered many vaccines at once. That made my dog sick, she was lethargic, shaking and not eating or drinking. Dr. Felix. told me that those were normal side effects, I tried to understand and didn’t do much about it since nothing major happen. When I got my second puppy, the breeder recommended me, not to administer multiple vaccines all at once. that would at least help to be able to tell which vaccine is causing the reaction. Today I had an appointment to do a yearly exam for my first dog. and receive a booster for my puppy but they also wanted to do the rabies vaccine at the same time, thats when I requested for the vaccines to be separate and since the distemper was a booster it was supposed to be given this week (per Dr. Felix’s orders or else she will have to do them all over again and charge me again ) today the Dr. would not listen to my concerns she wanted to do things her way or the high way , Dr. Felix was not professional at all, she yelled at me in front of her staff and her patient, she would not let me speak or listen to my concerns and refused to finish threatening my dog ​​with his Booster vaccine, all because I was not comfortable with her mixing vaccines and requested for the rabies vaccine to be given on the next appointment. Dr. Felix needs to understand that some of us view our pets as part of the family and we truly care for them. She seems more concerned about her Shot business.

Awesome Vet. Every time I have taken my cats there with an issue... Dr. Felix has given the correct diagnosis and my babies are well within the week. I'm always treated respectfully and professionally by Candy, the receptionist and Dr. Felix. I have to admit that some of the prices are costly however my babies get best treatment and are well cared for. I couldn't ask for more. 😻🐈🐈🐈‍⬛😺

This Dr Felix was amazing, kind and oh so very caring for my baby boy! I cannot sing her and her assist Candy praises enough. If you want the best for your fur baby then this is the dr for you

I’m glad that Glenn Dale Veterinarian Clinic on Lanham Severn Rd let’s me go into the exam room with my cats and Miss Piggy and Annie. It makes them more comfortable and I get to ask questions during the exam. I never felt I could get the full story or add info when I couldn’t go in with them at other vets. .

Very responsive staff, caring doctor, clean and efficient environment. I trust them with my pups' lives, so I think that deserves 5 stars.
