I have been taking multiple pets to this office for years. Because of recent experience I will no longer take my pets back. Kiki is great along with other employees except Dr Brown, Dr Brown is cold, and lacks compassion toward pets let alone the human owner. The other vet that was there is amazing. If you plan to go make sure your pet is not seen by Dr Brown. I have found a new veterinarian to help me with my pets.

Two of my dogs have been patients here for years. I never had a bad experience even with one reactive dog- they listen to my concerns and handle her gracefully. My other dog was elderly and was recently euthanized here. I cannot express enough how empathetic and wonderful this staff is. A terrible experience was made a bit less terrible by coming here. I will continue to bring all my babies here!

This is not my first bad experience with this vet office but I wanted to share my experience. I moved to the area two years ago and my elderly Chihuahua had a cough. I took her there and they diagnosed her with congestive heart failure. Gave her meds and 6 months when it was time to get her seen again I could never get her in. She ended up going to another vet and it was basically a waiting game. Another 6 months later she started to show signs of distress and lost interest in eating etc. I called this last Wednesday to get her in to been seen for humane euthanasia and I was told it wasn't something they scheduled in advance and you had to call in the morning of the day you wanted to do end of life euthanasia. So this morning I called as my dog got worse and worse and I was told they were all booked up and the vet that was there did not do euthanasia anyway to wait until Monday. In my opinion if you have a vet office that is something you should offer. I couldn't imagine taking my beloved pet to my trusted vet for 12 years and then be told sorry, we are not going to help you nor your pet anymore. They couldn't even spare 15 minutes to help, they are too money hungry and money motivated. I wanted to mentioned i just wanted to take my elderly pet here because it was the place that knew her diagnosis and had her records. I had since gotten a puppy and found a much better vet. They are the ones I called when I couldn't get my old Chihuahua in to Glendale. Apollo Animal Hospital was so sweet and understanding and squeezed us in even though they were booked. Do not take your loved animals here. And I know a lot of people take negative reviews with a grain of salt but if anything, save yourself and your pet precious time and money and go somewhere else.

First couple of times when we went to this clinic it was a very nice place. Nice people, the third time when my dog was actually sick, we’ve been waiting for his prescription medication to be approved for almost a week, I’ve called 10 times over that week. They keep telling me that they are busy. Very disappointed at the service provided.
