We are fortunate to have such a professional and caring vet clinic to bring our dog to. She is thirteen and has a couple of serious chronic conditions and the staff has taken such good care of her - from Dr. Paula and Dr. Patty to their many techs and administrative and customer service staff members, everyone is great to work with. We could not ask for a better clinic for our beloved pet. Thank you!

Super friendly vet. They actually seemed like they liked my dog! With other vets, they were nice to my dog but didn't spend much time bonding with him. Over here, they were very patient and kind with Joey, who tends to be a shy dog. Joey actually came up to each person in the room several times to sniff and say hello, something he normally never does at the vet, because he can't relax enough!

Good people, and my dogs all like the staff. That being said, I feel they are a bit money hungry and often over prescribe. Their decision to no longer allow our prescriptions through Chewy was the final straw. Our initial visits to a competing Vet in Waconia have gone over incredibly well, and have already been getting to the root cause of issues in which Glencoe was only addressing the symptoms of. Thanks for giving us the motivation to try another Vet with your recent decision. Hiding behind potential quality issues of alternative prescriptions sources while charging upwards of 2-4x the price for prescriptions seems like an excuse when the meds are likely coming from the exact same manufacturers. Seems like their profits are the priority here.

I really like the care and attention my pet cat has recieved at this place. I couldn't ask for a better team. Back-story...my kitty has recieved care in Waconia. I've been happy there, too... just am really loving the care in Glencoe. My kitty is about 15 months. All initial care was done in Waconia. Shots, spay, exams. Just before Thanksgiving my inside/outside cat went out and refused to come when called. The temps really dropped. She was gone around 40 days. She was traumatized and injured during her adventure. Glencoe got her in lickity split. I never doubted the care and attention she recieved. I'm a bit jealous my health care providers don't treat me this well. While I would not say they are inexpensive, I do say I will continue to use their help.

I have taken my dog to a few vet clinics and this place is the only one that has handled my dog Roxy anxiety very well without needing to muzzle her. Even though my drive is now a little over 1 1/2 hours away since I moved, this is the only place I feel comfortable taking care of her. Also they were very quick to determine at her first appointment that Roxy has cancer. Thank you glencoe vet.
