My experience was really bad here. I brought my small Maltese dog for a routine rabies shot recently. Dr. Roedrig did not seem caring, as he stuck a pretty large needle to the back - side of my puppy pretty abruptly, and she immediately started bleeding from her side a lot. They wiped the blood and let us go. At home, in about 3 hours my dog lost all motion in her left leg- it started trembling and lifelessly hanging up in the air, when she walks and runs. Three weeks later not much improvement. I need to take her now somewhere else to see if they hit an artery or nerve, when he gave her a shot.. not sure exactly what caused it, but so upsetting that my perfectly healthy little pup, that loves going on long walks with me- has been walking on 3 legs, and had one leg damaged like that. :(( On top of that, when I took her back the following day, that same doctor denied that it could be from a shot- the way it was administered, or ingredient/ dose, and just said that little dogs are prone to leg problems, maybe she was hit be the car, etc. What an incompetent comment since it was a clear side effect- we went straight home after, didn’t do anything else; and this followed 3 hours after the shot. Also the place - clinic looks dirty, not upscale, kinda white-trashy, including staff. Stay away!

I was there last Monday Doctor is so nice to the dogs, he actually care for them I can’t say the same about the rest of the personal. On my last visit previous to this one I had ask how much it was going to cost the next visit , they said between 80/90$ They charged me near 150$ just because the doctor stayed a little longer offering me neuter my other 3 dogs that go to the same clinic … I just feel like the receptionist was giving me actitud when I asked her why am I being charged more than I was told last time She said cuz it was a longer visit ! 5 minutes extra …. 50/60 $ more ???!!! I’m actually thinking about taking all my dogs to another doctor where the doctor is in charge and not the receptionist or nurses !

Dr. Roerig is really nice and seems to care about animals BUT I took my took to him with scabs all over her and he told me it was a food allergy. When I also explained she was drinking a lot of water, he told me she wasn't even though he never saw her drink. I took her to another vet who tested her, diagnosed her with a very deep skin infection and gave her meds. My girl is back to her normal self now.

Had a remarkable experience with this Veterinarian!! He provided me with a wealth of information regarding the care of my pet rats. I was extremely pleased with his genuine care and concern for the boys and appreciated his recommendations. Definitely choose him for my pet care needs!! Much thanks to the friendly and helpful staff as well!!

10/10 the best place to go for pets all shapes and sizes. My leopard gecko Kevin would be dead if it wasn't for Dr.Roerig and his team. They went above and beyond to care for him. Kevins eye was so infected we thought he would lose it or die but with Glen Manors help Kevin is now a lively happy gecko with both eyes.
